A wonderful stay
We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Chesa recently and
Have to say it was absolutely fantastic from arrival to departure
we felt comfortable all around.
The staff was friendly, helpful and communicative. they went
really listened to our needs and made our stay
as pleasant as possible.
A thank you to the housekeeping team who always clean our room
and kept tidy, coffee and mineral water were supplied daily.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed and offers all amenities.
The breakfast was delicious and had something for every taste.
The culinary delights were an experience every evening.
The location of the hotel is also perfect. The ski facilities have a rental counter
Directly nearby and easily accessible on foot, as well as hikes in the area
Surroundings of Flims.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Chesa was perfect.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and
looking for relaxing accommodation.

Ok for 2 nights, I didn't want to stay longer and my joy for breakfast was gone
We stayed at the hotel with the whole family
Chesa. The location is very good as you can reach both districts of Flims, Waldhaus and Dorf very quickly on foot.
The cable cars are also not far away.
However, the cleanliness left something to be desired, as there were some cobwebs to be found in the bathroom, which we should not actually find. The toilets and the shower are also separate, but here you should not be overweight either, as there is only a few centimeters of space between knees and wall sitting on the toilet.
The hair dryer in our room was a very old model that hung on the wall and got very hot while blow-drying... Attention, burn hazard?
Since we arrived in the winter pre-season, but it was only 3° in the evening, the room was freezing cold. We had to turn up the heating after checking in in the afternoon and unfortunately in the evening found that the rooms were still cold. A very attentive and nice staff member of the hotel took care of it immediately and everything made it possible for this Immediate to work again. Kudos to him!!however, such things should be checked before guests arrive.
There is no lift in this house, which we had unfortunately overlooked or not asked for, as our parents had difficulty walking up the stairs to the second floor at 80 years old.
The breakfast was unfortunately also very sparse and on Sunday there were not even bread rolls (although there was only one variety here the day before) and the croissants were unfortunately not enough for all guests. Thus, only one loaf remained
Bread left. Scrambled eggs are charged extra! 2 varieties of jam :-(
On the whole okay for two nights however an already very old house.

Lunch with friends in Flims
We went today with friends, beautiful place, excellent food with quality products, tasty and well-presented dishes, very friendly and attentive staff, honest prices for the quality of the raw materials and the attention received

Perfect for a short stay
This hotel is perfect for a short stay (just to rest/sleep) in this beautiful village during winter period. The ski station is easily accessible with shuttle or walking (600m).The rooms are well equipped, in wood, most with a balcony offering a nice view. Good sleep comfort. Very quiet. Breakfast offers a limited choice but all from a great quality. The hotel has also a very good restaurant with nice terrace (in summer). Overall as mid range hotel a very good ratio cost/quality.

Nice hotel for a weekend
I stayed with my familiy for 3 nights. The family room is big and equipped.
The breakfast was simple and good. The restaurant is pretty good for dinner.One bus stop from the ski slopes. For coming back a slope brings directly to the hotel
