Careful. Do not recommend for celebrating Marriage !!!!
We made a reservation for their restaurant via phone, and asked them for a special table/decoration for our wedding day. We went there right after our ceremony (all dressed up), and arrived 5-10 minutes late. We were received very unpleasantly and they had not make any arrangements for our table. Furthermore, they made sure to make us feel rushed and unwelcome for all of our time there. The waiter was specially rude. He even gave us a sermon for being late, and sadly enough, purposely wanting us to feel bad. Ironically, we were not even the last group of clients in the restaurant, making it even more unnecessary and out of line.
We were all dressed up and obviously just out of the courthouse. That is not the way to treat your clients any day, but specially not the day of their wedding, particularly when they have honored your establishment enough to make it part of it. We will never recommend this hotel/restaurant to anyone !!!

Bed was used!
We let reception know when we left for the evening, asking if they could make the bed fresh. Upon our return around midnight, the sheet had not been changed. Nobody around, so we called their emergency number. The lady argued for a long time, saying that we could have brought in dirt ourselves to make the bed look used! How ridiculous! At midnight, all one wants to do is sink into bed - a clean bed! She finally offered the use of a new room. We moved our things next door and finally went to sleep.
The next morning they demanded that we pay a surcharge for the use of the replacement room!
What bad customer services! She even called me a liar! It was a difficult situation, arguing in a language that we are not native in, faced by people who threatened us with fines of CHF 1000.- .
Well, we certainly won’t stay here again in a little hotel run by unpleasant, greedy people.
I even telephoned the police, but the offficer said it would take them a long time to come. By then we had heard that our mother was taken to hospital, so we paid the surcharge and caught the train back to Zürich. Two days later, I still feel sick, that these hotel people couldn’t just hand us tired travellers fresh sheets. I would have made up the bed myself!
Do they provoke this for extra income?
