Very disappointing stay.

Check-in was already stressful — we were given the wrong access code and had to wait outside for about 20 minutes to receive the correct one.
The apartment smells strongly of damp and mold. The bedroom ceiling has visible cracks and clear signs of water damage and leaks. The bathroom is in very poor condition, with heavy mold on the shower ceiling, which is a serious health concern. The shower and bathroom were dirty on arrival and we had to clean them ourselves before using them. There are also visible signs of moisture and water damage on the walls and near the radiator.
Overall, the apartment does not meet acceptable living or hygiene standards and does not match expectations from the listing

Average place with proximity to train station

I stayed at this place with my family.
The best part of this place is the proximity to Interlaken West train station (max 3 mins walk). There are good restaurants nearby and convenience stores.
We were given a massive 3 bedroom apartment which had 7 beds.
Its an average apartment. decent sized rooms, Basic amenities like dishwasher (although didn't work for us), microwave, oven, some groceries were also provided.
On the down side it had few Broken lights and moulds in toilets.

An apartment with a great location

An apartment that provides great value for money, an excellent location, close to the West train station, Migros and Denner markets, shops, MC Donalds, all within a few blocks of the apartment. Leaving the apartment you have a wonderful view of the Swiss Alps. The street is very quiet. These are the strengths of the apartment.
Overall, it has things to restore. The kitchen could be restored, the furniture is old. Don't expect a luxury apartment, as it is simple and provides everything you need for a stay. We stayed in Interlaken for 4 days. And everything we needed was just a few meters from the apartment. We purchased tickets to go to Grindelwld and Lauterbrunnen. We bought our breakfast in the markets close to the apartment. In Migros there is also an affordable restaurant, for those who like food by the kilo.

Good location

There were many good things about the apartment but there were also many things that could be improved. I’ll start with the good:
1. The apartment is literally steps from Interlaken West train station, 3-5 minute walk tops. It is not far to walk to Interlaken Ost station either, about 15 minutes. There are more connections from Interlaken Ost.
2. Plenty of shops nearby including Migros and Denner. Be aware that most shops are closed on Sundays in Switzerland but there is a small shop at the station open during normal hours.
3. Kitchen is equipped with most things you need: oven/stove, pots/pans, plates, cups, etc. there was a drip coffee pot but no kettle so you’ll have to boil water in a pan if you drink tea.
4. Plenty of towels provided.
5. Good view from the balcony.
Things that could be improved:
Overall the place was a bit worn and could do with a refresh. Appliances were old and plugs were not where you would expect them to be. Removing the old broken drawers and tidying up the balcony would go a long way.
There was a bathroom literally through the kitchen which was awkward.
There were broken lights that were not fixed during our stay.
It was a good value for the price we paid. Don’t expect luxury it’s a very basic dated apartment.

Just a short walk from Interlaken West Station and Migros Store

The Apt. is very close to the Interlaken West station and the Migros store is between the station and the apt. Kitchen is well-equipped (oven, microwave, stoves,etc.) with sufficient refrigerator. 1 Bathroom : shower + toilet - req. some planning should you have many people staying. The bed cleanliness can certainly be improved. The place is on a quiet street - just people walking by talking.
