Worst service and host
The host is really pathetic and crazy. No response for heaters not working at all, no empathy for guests, kids are getting sick because of cold. Have never seen such a lethargic behavior.

Trust the reviews
When I booked this via booking.com, the reviews weren’t great but we thought we’d take this risk as it was good value for the location. Booked for 2 nights.
People were complaining that the communication was bad; which it was. Communication was through WhatsApp. Don’t expect any communication till check in time.
I messaged several times to make sure it was confirmed (3 weeks before) as they said check in via WhatsApp. Finally got one a week before arrival saying “check in 10min before arrival”. Replied asking some questions and they weren’t answered.
Messaged on the day and didn’t answer till check in which was 4pm.
We stayed in room 5 on the ground floor which was great as there’s no lifts.
Apartment was a bit tired and outdated. Could do with some tlc.
Very noisy. Could hear the people from room 4 next door and anyone entering the building. Also the people outside as we had to keep the windows open as it was so hot and not fan or a/c.
Sleeps 3 people. Open room with dining/living room. Kitchen with fridge, microwave, cooker, kettle and utensils. Has access to back garden (which looked like an overgrown dump). Bathroom included towels and shower gel. Iron and hairdryer (which didn’t fit it any sockets as it was a thicker European plug) available.
Could do with more storage/tables, hooks in the bathroom or washing line with all the empty space?
Didn’t sleep great as I personally like multiple pillows, however this was a flat square duck feather. Bed was too soft and blankets too thick for the weather.
