Really enjoyed this hotel - if you are coming by metro make sure you know how to get in, not entirely clear the first time. There is not much nearby but the metro is quick and frequent and the hotel is lovely.

Convenient, practical, but standard.

The hotel is quite modern and easily accessible by both car and public transport (the subway station is right below). Clean and tidy rooms, without great pretensions. The restaurant somewhat disappointed me: from the menu (quite limited), I had formed an idea of a kitchen with few but good dishes; unfortunately, the quality did not convince me. The restaurant staff was quite stressed, especially when banquets were taking place. However, it is a convenient place to easily reach the city center.

Sure it's clean and the staff are off chose lovely but -
they don't provide a kettle in the room which i find really annoying, who doesn't like a tea before bed?
I came for the sauna and steam room but the steam room was broken. Why not just fix it? Pay someone to come and fix it as soon as it breaks. Simple.
Last time I came the shower outside the sauna was broken. Even easier to fix.

Great hotel with metro connection

Very nice hotel,great location to explore Lausanne,as it also has a metro on the lower floor.Very comfortable.Very clean in all areas restaurant,toilets and rooms also.Friendly staff despite language obstacles. We will come back.
