Avoid at any cost

We had two unfortunate coincidences. First, we selected the wrong date when booking. The hotel was not willing to change our reservation. So we decided to stay there on that day. However, my wife fell ill and we were unable to travel. Even in this case, the hotel management showed no understanding. They just want the money and show no understanding! I will avoid this hotel like the plague in future.
