small but fine

small room , but had everything you need : aircondition, coffee machine, hairdryer, shower. unfortunately tv only in italian, but don't need a tv, therefore everything was best for me. friendly man when squeezing in.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Small double room with TV not working; non-existent facilities: the room is redone after 17, with the consequence of having to stay all day with the room in a mess; breakfast absent, which - for a price I would say high - is absurd (two croissants packaged in the room), if you need someone, the person in charge takes no less than an hour to arrive and manage the situation of the case. In essence, I would never repeat the experience, considering that at the same figure - and even less - there are much better structures in Lugano.

Simple & quiet, but not like a usual 'hotel'

- The hotel is situated in a quiet part of Lugano.
- It is not much of a hotel as the rooms are situated in an apartment-like arrangement, as if you are entering a house with different rooms. However, the Superior Double room was nice, well-cleaned, and good enough space and privacy.
- The staff were not always available in the reception; however, they were very kind and helpful when contacted. Toiletries could be improved for showering essentials.
- Overall, if you are planning to spend most of your day outdoors/moving around, then this hotel is a good option with a low price in comparison to others.

Good place centrally located

A good place to stay if you are travelling through, centrally located and very clean. We made our way down on motorbike so had to have a place with off road parking which this does. Don’t appear before check in times as you will find it is closed.

Beautiful locanda

It's beautiful locanda and beautiful view it's clean and comfortable and the staff so lovely but the rooms smell but so comfortable and quiet and near the bus stops if you want go to city centre anyway the locanda and this city so beautiful
