Great hotel with best value for money

A new and clean hotel. The warm and smiling welcome. The large bedroom suite with a large living room about 65m2 overlooks Lake Geneva. Beautiful and breathtaking views of the lake and Mont Blanc. 8 minutes walk to the city center. 3 minutes walk to Morges Saint-Jean station to go to Lausanne and elsewhere. A specialty restaurant Filet de perche and a small supermarket on the ground floor. Very convenient. Our friends are very happy to have stayed at this hotel. We recommend this hotel.

No AC and no customer orientation

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Unfortunately, what could have been a very enjoyable stay was completely overshadowed by misleading advertising regarding the air conditioning.
Despite what is stated on the hotel's website, there is no actual air conditioning in the hotel. During a heat wave, this becomes a major issue: when it's 30°C outside, it's also 30°C inside the rooms.
When we pointed out that the hotel should not advertise itself as air-conditioned, the manager insisted that the building has an air-cooling system that complies with Swiss regulations and can therefore legally be described as "air conditioning." She even suggested that the problem was simply that, as French guests, we did not understand this distinction—which, according to her, explained why we were too hot. Needless to say, this was neither convincing nor customer-oriented.
The same lack of service was evident elsewhere. Housekeeping only comes "if they have time," and the laundry facilities advertised on the website turned out to be unavailable to guests.
It's a real shame because the rooms themselves are pleasant, but misleading information and poor customer service completely undermined the experience. We will not be returning.

Can do better!!! Clearly.

Following an error on my part, there was a double booking in my name. I assume all responsibility but, I would have liked the hotel to inform me before or make a gesture instead of hiding behind the general conditions and debiting me 2x.
– No breakfast, I was informed the same day I arrived.
No foen in the room
TV is not accessible, you must log in yourself to Swisscom.
-The maid comes to the room in the morning. It certainly announced itself before opening the door, but it seems important to me that it be informed of the check outs that have been made or not.
- Otherwise cleanliness ok, personal ok
- parking space available, surcharge of 15.- for the night.

Great stay

Newly built, clean, and in good condition. Very friendly staff. Good location.
On hot days, the building's central air cooling has trouble keeping up.

Good address in Morges

Pension easily accessible 15 minutes walk from the city center. The common areas and the room were very clean. Everything is functional and well thought out. The staff is friendly and helpful. Address to keep for a future visit to Morges.
