It felt wonderful to wake up looking at the flower garden outside. We had an excellent breakfast in the veranda. The walk to the Messe Halle was pleasant enough. One minor point - through the booking site it was mentioned that the B&B would send us free tram tickets (arrival at SBB railway station, but these free tram tickets were never received

We had an amazing stay at this lovely homestay! The place was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay special, even gifting us a Christmas-themed pen as a thoughtful surprise. It’s the small gestures like this that truly make a difference! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent moment in this B&B, the couple is absolutely kind and welcoming. The room is very clean and the service was particularly careful.
Nice breakfast ! We have enjoyed our short journey here. Thanks a lot.

The hosts were so thoughtful. Walked us to the bus stop to show us the way, recommended restaurants, totally planned our trip to Luzern..even fixed us special tea for our allergy coughs we brought with us. Looking forward to staying there in the future.

Fantastic stay with a fabulous couple

This is a fabulous place to stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, the couple who own it are lovely, you actually feel like you are staying with your family. I was there for a football match at FC Basel & the stadium is only one stop away from the house & it's only a 3 minute walk to the tram stop. They also give you a voucher to use which gives you free travel on local transport. I had free travel on the tram & bus which was fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners. I was actually early for my check in, but I was allowed in & offered a drink & sat talking with the lady for ages which made me feel very welcome. She also recommended somewhere to eat which was fantastic & also said to take some Swiss chocolate home which I did & it is very tasty! They also let me leave my stuff there the next day while I went exploring Basel. I can't speak highly enough of both of them, it really was like staying with family.
