Modern accommodation in a central location with very friendly staff. Would love to come back!

Beautiful modern hotel with very well-equipped rooms. The four of us had the family cabin. The beds were good. The room had plenty of shelf space and storage. Everything was clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Even though the room was a bit too warm, it was an overall great stay. Would love to come back!

Modern hotel with a good restaurant, but unreliable room doors and little customer orientation.

The Revier is a very modern, beautifully designed building from the outside and inside – the rooms, the bar, and the common areas are stylishly furnished. We had a family cabin, which was pleasantly spacious in the summer; in the winter, however, it would likely get cramped with all the winter gear.
The grill restaurant impressed us culinarily – the food was really good. The breakfast also offers a decent selection, even if one might expect more at the price level paid here – much of it seems noticeably optimized for margin rather than quality. The fact that room cleaning costs extra at these room rates also surprised us.
The hotel consistently focuses on digitalization: Booking, check-in, and even unlocking the doors are handled entirely via an app; there is no classic reception. That can work – unfortunately, it did not work reliably for us. Even upon arrival, our room door would not open; we had to wait a while until it worked. We were assured afterward that the problem had been resolved.
A few days later, my child was tired and exhausted, and we were standing in front of a locked door again – this time for almost an hour because the manager was not on-site and the staff was initially unreachable.
What annoyed me the most, however, was not the incident itself, but the reaction afterward: none. Neither in the evening nor the next morning did an apology or even a follow-up inquiry about how we were doing come. Only when I actively demanded the manager after the digital check-out and described the situation was it even acknowledged – with the feeling that it didn't really interest anyone much.
At this price level, I expect more, both in terms of technical reliability and in dealing with problems. Customer orientation looks different.

WORST hotel in Saas-Fee in 40 years

Worst hotel we have been to in nearly 40 years of visiting Saas Fee. Awful check-in experience with a broken tablet and no one able to assist, awful cramped mini-rooms with not even a table or chair and most importantly, HOT AND STUFFY with NO FUNCTIONING AIRCON. It was awfully HOT inside the room and we slept TERRIBLY. The window opens no more than a tiny crack and the wifi is unusable.
We paid 170 CHF per night for an extremely uncomfortable, bare-bones mini-dump.

Location very good! Price / performance ratio is not right
Room rates too expensive
Breakfast is fine
Staff not always friendly
Too bad that the bar already closed at 10 o'clock
Staff could not inform how to get to the bike room from the outside

Not recommended

Very impersonal. The staff is unpleasant. They do not even say hello anyway. Bar and terrace closed at 10 p.m. and we were no longer served. Breakfast edible. Room simple. No A/C. Had 26 to 28 degrees in the room. Upon inquiry we were told they can no longer cool.
Entrance, restaurant and corridor too dark. Have already been to this hotel in Lenzerheide and also Montafon. These were top.
It is a pity that this is not the case in Saas Fee. Price way too expensive.
