Could not check in and had to find another hotel at 3 am
The hotel was supposed to pick me up at the airport because they advertised a shuttle (I had confirmed my arrival on the day). I was coming in on a flight at 1.10 am. The hotel driver did not wait for me. When I came out of the airport, I called the hotel but no one answered. I had to find another driver who took me to the hotel. The hotel is in an apartment block with a locked gate. When I arrived, this gate was closed. I called the hotel again repeatedly both on what’s app and on another number and no one answered. I was forced to find another hotel at 3 am. This felt very unsafe.
The hotel called me the next day and insisted that the driver had been there and then said that he would only wait for 1 hour. They asked me to confirm what time I had come out (2.15). I told them that customs procedure at Dushanbe sometimes takes longer than that. I then asked them why no one had picked up the phone at reception to let me in when I arrived but they could not respond. They offered me a complimentary night but I asked them to reimburse me for the night I had to book on arrival instead. They refused and I chose not to stay there.
This was extremely poor service and potentially dangerous as I am travelling on my own and it is not safe to try to find accommodation at 3 am.

Horrible!!!
Apartment booked was a Nice big size and was clean but worst part was that the room/studio was boiling hot and ac was not cooling enough. Even after 3 hours it did not help with air conditioner.
The Sweet receptionist Monisa tried to help us, called the electrician but it was the same, she offered to change the apartment but the other one was the same too.
It was a horrible night in so hot weather. You expect fridge to work in a studio but even it was not cooling. I dont know what its purpose was.
Location was good. But not going to stay there ever again. Wont recommend especially for the summers.

Отель расположен в жилом доме на 11 этаже. Для посетителей отеля есть отдельный лифт. Персонал говорит по-русски, заселяют очень быстро. ЗА несколько дней до моего приезда мне предложили бесплатный трансфер от аэропорта.
Я жил в апартаментах с кухней. Номер просторный, с большими окнами. Описание номера совпало с реальностью: большая, удобная кровать, необходимый минимум мебели и техники. Номер был тихий и даже за окном не мешала отдыхать.
Поесть можно в ресторане отеля или в Иль-Патио в этом же здании
