As a guest staying here for three days and two nights, I can say without doubt that this hotel is truly outstanding in every single way.
From the moment we arrived, the front office team welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home immediately. The Cluster General Manager and the whole management team were always present, attentive, and ensuring everything ran perfectly. Every member of staff – service teams, kitchen teams, housekeeping – was outstanding: polite, professional, and genuinely caring.
The buffet was exceptional: the presentation, quality, and wonderful variety of food were all outstanding – every meal was fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. All outlets are beautifully kept and very well managed.
Our room was wonderful: beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The beach area is immaculate, and the swimming pool was always sparkling and perfectly maintained.
Everything about this place is outstanding. I highly, highly recommend it to everyone – and I will most certainly be coming back.

Very good service.
Very serviceminded staff and they were very friendly. Feeled like we were carried on a golden chair at times.
The hotel had a nice environment. Clean and nice. Seen though there were some places where it was a bit too sterile. I missed some large pots with plants that could have been placed around.
The beach below the hotel was lovely. There is a great difference in tides, so it is not all the days there is a possibility to swim. We were there for 14 days, so fortunately we got the opportunity.
Will gladly come back there!

What a wonderful adventure!!
A truste heavenly stay, thanks to two things: the setting and the warm welcome. The staff were professional, attentive and took care excellent care of us. The place is magnificient and the evening activities were varied cultural y rich, and full of new discorveries. We want in Family and our children were very Happy. Zanzibar at its best
everything was 10/10, the staff felt like family. the hotel was beautiful and the general manager was so friendly. I came with friends and they accommodated every single request we had! My favourite part was the spa, the message was amazing!
I will be back next year and will bring family! Thank you Diamonds Bijoux for making our trip so special.
