Un soggiorno meraviglioso a Zanzibar
Ho avuto un soggiorno così meraviglioso, tutto era fantastico: il posto era bellissimo, molto pulito e il servizio era eccellente. Un ringraziamento speciale a Eva per essere stata così gentile e premurosa durante il mio soggiorno. Inoltre, un grande grazie a tutto il personale per essere stato così amichevole, accogliente e disponibile durante il mio soggiorno.

Un luogo perfetto di calma e felicità – Consiglio vivamente!!!!!

Recentemente ho soggiornato in questo hotel ed è stata un'esperienza assolutamente impeccabile dall'inizio alla fine. Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, sono stato accolto con tanto calore e gentilezza dai ragazzi della reception (Maxymilian e Shafi).
Le strutture erano perfette, e ho particolarmente apprezzato non c'è televisione in camera! Ha reso il soggiorno molto più tranquillo e ha permesso una vera disconnessione.
Il servizio di pulizia era impeccabile — la camera era pulitissima ogni singolo giorno. Erano incredibilmente discreti, eppure assicuravano sempre che tutto fosse fresco.
Ciò che veramente spicca, tuttavia, è il personale. Il team della reception è stato magnifico, SEMPRE sorridente e sinceramente premuroso. Sia al ristorante con Martha (migliore! ) o in piscina, l'atmosfera era incredibilmente calma, e il personale era semplicemente perfetto. Sembravano davvero felici di vedermi ed erano sempre desiderosi di garantire che avessi il miglior soggiorno possibile.
Ho avuto la possibilità di conoscere la direttrice, era così gentile e una persona così bella!
Tutto era assolutamente perfetto. Se stai cercando un posto dove rilassarti e sentirti veramente curato, questo è tutto! ! ! ! ! ! !

È la terza volta che soggiorno nell'albergo Aluna a Paje. Posto fantastico, pulito, sicuro, personale gentilissima e disponibile. Ottimo cibo e bella piscina.ho apprezzato molto l'afternoon tea e le attività che vengono offerte, come cinema al pool, notte delle storie.
