Good value and quiet

This is a large-ish motel style hotel and perfectly fine for an overnight stay if you're on a budget. We had a large family room with 2 beds - no kettle, though. Bathrooms are adequate with the usual warnings of removing anything you don't want to get a soaking. The oddest thing for us was that the breakfast room, next to the reception, had no aircon so it was a bit stuffy, especially given the recent heatwave. It's a small buffet-like affair but don't expect much. For the price it was good to see breakfast included at all, especially as they charge around 200 baht a head if you don't include it in the price.

Few people had made our stay beautiful

Very nice.. specially front desk sanitha mam very friendly and guided wel...
Swimming pool incharge parandhaman is very trained and took much care of my kids... had breakfast and dinner buffet food is very delicious.. once again thanks to sanitha mam who made our trip very memorable...

We had some problems with our reservation. We had reserved and paid for a Villa via a third party site. When we arrived we were placed in a standard double. It took a while to get this straightened out via the booking site.
FWIW, the standard double room is plain, clean, adequate. The villa we eventually ended up in was OK, and appropriate for the price we paid online.
We weren't offered a choice of the 'set breakfast'.
In the morning a cold, plastic wrapped, 'western' style breakfast was available in the dining area, with toast, instant coffees, and some juice-like liquid.
There didn't appear to be much english spoken by the staff.
The 'standard double' appears to be a good value if you are just passing through and need a decent place to stay.

3 rd stay

Again there for three nights everything still perfect, big rooms with perfect bathroom, also this time breakfast buffet worked every morning and enough to select from.
Only one suggestion: maybe one more chair in room for 2 people
