Great location and price point
Friendly staff. Fast check in & out
Great price point for deluxe king room.
Spacious, very clean modern interior and plenty of space for large luggage’s . Universal plugs.
Comfortable medium firm mattress, Nice soft linen and towels, strong water pressure and hot water, Cold air con, strong wifi , large windows, and black out curtains.
Cons:
Reception only available from 08:00-17:00 hours
No access unless you have key card
1000 baht deposit
Can not wear shoes in the hotel. Shoes stored in shoe cabinet in the lobby
Thin walls. Can hear interior and exterior noise. It’s only an issue if you have inconsiderate neighbors.

Centrally located
5 minute walk to everything(Terminal 21 mall, coffee shops , restaurants , MRT/BTS, etc etc
Overall a very pleasant stay

A DUMP - Book Elsewhere
Room # 116 - 1 x Night Booked via Booking.Com
We requested a High Floor and a Quiet Room.
We got a Ground Floor room which came with FREE NOISE 24/7
Noise from the internal Corridor.
Noise Pollution form outside Cars and Motorbikes.
Noise form passing drunk revellers down the small side road.
Our aim was to rest and relax before a long International flight - we FAILED to get that.....
A literal DUMP - Do not book here - go elsewhere....

I don't recommend it
Self check-in is set up after 5pm, except that the instructions were communicated to us just a couple of hours before, when we were on the flight and unable to read the email. It took us a lot of time to figure out how to get the keys. However, we never saw any of the staff.
The budget room is very small and Basic. There is no shower tray in the bathroom which therefore becomes unusable because the floor floods.
The only very good thing is the location, 300 meters from Asok bts.

Had to leave on the second day
Always like to try new properties in Bangkok. Booked this hotel because it reminded us of the smaller guesthouses in Seoul - nothing fancy, but cute little flats.
Pictures were great, sadly - the stay was not.
Constant problems with getting reception help. Upon check-in we ended up sitting in the 'lobby' for an hour waiting for the room to open up. They have an air-conditoner there, but for whatever reason didn't turn it on. So, sat sweating with another couple.
The rooms are in no way 'cool, romantic, or homey' - they're just cheaply done. Whenever we needed to raise the staff was near impossible. They stay off to the side of the building and you have to contact them via an app as they don't seem to answer the bell.
They provide you with two cards, one for the entrance door, one for your door key - however there''s virtually no difference between them - and they don't tell you this up front, so we were left trying to figure out exactly how to get in - since our front door key was in the electric slot in the room - and we had our door key with us (sigh).
Finally, one afternoon during a rain-storm our power just went out in the room. Sat there in the heat for 30 min and didn't come back on. Eventually went to look for help, to discover the rest of hotel had power. Had to chat them repeatedly before could get help. Then wait longer.
At first they told us it was 'our fault' - for putting the card key in the electric slot.. You know - the thing by the door that you put your card in to turn on the lights and aircon? Said that during Covid they switched it - so you have to REMOVE the card to keep the lights on and put the card in to turn them off.
This makes no sense at all, like none... and we were like, maybe you could have told us since like.... every other hotel on planet earth doesn't work like this. Also, how come our card has been in the slot for two days and everything was working? 'Exactly - they said, you kept the card in there too long!'
lol. Had nothing to do with the electrical storm outside I'm sure..
On the plus side, the manager went out of her way to find us another hotel down the street, and 'paid' (the money we prepaid her hotel) for a night. We dutifully hauled our stuff over in the rain - and WOW! A beautiful, clean, spacious hotel (for cheaper!), next to a brilliant Japanese restaurant, a fantastic soft bed, and everything you expect a hotel to be at this price range.
The next day she advised (over app) that it was fixed and we could come back now - uh, no thanks! Ended up just leaving one night paid to her hotel, and we spent the rest of the trip at the nearby hotel.
Save yourself the problems and book another hotel. K Home Asok is just not a good option. Even without the electrical problem - as we soon found out, much nicer properties nearby.

Excellent hotel. Staff are great
Flight got cancelled so spent another night in Bangkok. The Host is amazing and very welcoming, accidentally locked myself out of the room and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Room was very clean. Would definitely stay again.
