For the price, I would give 4 out of 5. The facilities are good enough for you to stay for a few days. Don't expect too much for the price. Overall, the hostel is good for the price they offer. You can check my picture, this is the road heading to the hotel. Check in on the Ploy Hostel (same company), then go back to the Mint Hostel for your bed!

OK for low budget stay (max 1 or 2 nights)

An affordable hostel if you need a place to sleep for one or two nights maximum.
Its location is good, but it lacks a good vibe. Also, the people staying there are not all tourists/backpackers. Many long term Indians and Africans staying here, they were not friendly to me and talk loudly at night.

Disgustingly dirty and the long term staying Indians have no respect for others, talking yelling until 3 am and everyone is snoring, I had to get up and leave.

Mint Hostel is in a super convenient location—just a 10-minute walk to Khao San Road, and there are plenty of local food stalls nearby. The price is really cheap, making it perfect for backpackers or travelers on a budget.
