My parents stayed there for 2 nights, it turned out that staying at B2 Riverside Premier was so satisfying as they claimed. The service is unexpectedly very good, the hotel staffs are willing to help for local transportation arrangement. 2 elders travel alone, a little help from local people made their vacation is
memorable.

The room met expectations. Unfortunately the staff had limited knowledge of English & communication was awkward (except the guy on overnight-he was excellent). Given it is a major tourist area communication is a key requirement. Breakfast offered was abysmal. 1 microwaved offering with a small coffee was simply unsatisfactory.

I stayed at B2 Riverside Premier Hotel with mixed expectations. The service was average, nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about either. The room was decent, but the breakfast was a letdown - just a simple wrap and a coffee, which wasn't enough to start the day. The shower water pressure was weak, but at least it was quieter than some reviewers mentioned. Overall, it's a passable choice if you're on a tight budget, but don't expect much beyond the basics.

Room was not properly cleaned. Seems to have low maintenance in this property. Cups & glasses were sticky. Telephone in the room was not functioning. Almost impossible to contact front desk by phone. There are plenty of budget hotel choices in city that much cleaner than this.

It was an okay hotel for its price. Since it was Lunar New Year, all of the hotels I used to stay in Chiang Mai was fully booked so I thought I would try this hotel.
When I stayed it was under renovation so the pool can not be used and full of all the dust. And also some noises during the day. This has not been notified in advance and for health and safety with all those dust they shouldn't have let any guest stay.
The hotel near the street and it was so dangerous to get out of car especially with big luggage.
They painted the room brand new but shower room was still dirty.
The staff was good.
Towels were so dirty.
Bed is the worst. It's too hard to sleep on.
There are so many hotels in Chiangmai that you can stay with this price with better bed.
