Wonderful and fantastic hotel
What a fantastic resort！This is one of the best hotels that i have ever lived in Thai. The Staffs are always smile and friendly and ready to provide helps，especially for the staff Jayda and her duty manager Kwan，help a lot to us and really understanding and enthusiastic. I will choose to live here in my future trip to Krabi！Thank you such wonderful crew！

Beyond spectacular
Where do I start, this holiday was just beyond all expectations, there aren’t enough superlatives to describe what a wonderful experience we had at this magnificent, magical place. Not only is the location stunning but what really makes this places so magical is the staff. Beautiful Fah, our host just could not do enough for us, she anticipated our every need and provided far more than we ever expected, she assured that when she had a few days holiday herself that Jayda took over and was also so lovely.
The Fah arranged for us to visit the Ao Nang elephant sanctuary, which was a life long dream and boy it did not disappoint! If I could have got an elephant in my suitcase I would have brought one home, I was so in love!
We also did the Naga Kitchen cooking class, which was just phenomenal, chef was so patient and generous with his knowledge, it was one of the best 3 hours I’ve ever spent, such good fun. Our specially embroiled aprons, tote bags and recipe cards were such a special touch.
We ate at The Naga kitchen, Saffron and the birds nest all of which were exceptional, M made our time in The birds nest very special telling us a special story of the chef being a mother bird feeding us, which was very cute.
To Fah, Jayda, chef, Mo, M , Tarn and all of the housekeeping staff and everyone we met that made us feel so very special, I am sorry that I can’t remember everyone’s names as there were others that deserved a special mention too, I can not thank you enough, we cannot wait until we are able to come back

Outstanding Service – Thank You, Kip!
Kip was absolutely amazing. He made my entire stay so much better. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. He made me feel welcome and comfortable, and his positive attitude really changed the whole experience.
He was always smiling, joking with me, and making sure I had everything I needed. His customer service was exceptional, and he truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Kip, for making this trip so memorable. You are one of the main reasons I enjoyed my stay so much!

Krabi experience
The property is beautiful and has a nice beach and pool , limited restaurants with a great Fnb service and staff just more halal and diet food is needed.
Having beautiful Rooms, housekeeping needs a lot of improvement for deep cleaning and servicing.
Reception staff needs improvement no welcome experience or farewell experience
If you looking for island activities plan ahead as they always say they fully booked and over priced
