Super pleasant stay in a great, manageable, very tastefully designed resort.
This may not be considered "particularly noteworthy" in Thailand, but there are still gradations, and here they are right at the forefront.
A special feature is the "EcoResort" quality seal, the staff wear blue-green-yellow shirts with the important slogan "Stop Ocean Plastic Pollution!" Extremely important! At check-in, one receives a refillable water bottle that helps to largely avoid the excessive use of plastic bottles; even the straws are reusable.
There is no television in the room and no screens at the bar and restaurant - some may perceive this as a lack of amenities, but I found it to be very, very positive not to be constantly overwhelmed by stimuli; the natural surroundings, especially the sea, provide enough entertainment.
The open-air gym is also very positive - although I must admit that I did not become a frequent user.
The pool is okay, but the direct beach location is even better - being able to go into the sea whenever one likes in the morning, evening, and even in between is truly wonderful!
The massage was very good!

Lots of untapped potential..
At first glance everything seemed idyllic but on closer inspection the price-performance ratio is simply not right.
The bungalow is small (but we knew that when booking and was ok for us), old, worn and not really cozy. Our air conditioning smelled awful. The drain, too. We raised the issue but nothing could be done for us. Without a scented can from the supermarket, we couldn't have taken it.
We both got a rash from the water.
The other facility and breakfast were ok but everything a bit loveless.
In general, we felt that the employees didn't really like working there, even if they did their best. This was not the case in any accommodation on our Thailand trip.
The scooter we borrowed about the accommodation was also defective and had to be replaced again.
For us, the whole package was simply not right. We would not come back.

Paradise - beach, pool and staff excellent.
We had a bungalow room - and it was just steps away from the beach,pool and restaurant.
Staff all really friendly - especially the bar staff and staff in the restaurant.
Beautiful lazy beach days and great food.
Cannot wait to return.

Third time lucky getting booked, wouldn’t return
Was so disappointed . The resort is very tired, struggled to be rid of mozzies in the room regardless of using sprays and keeping door closed.
There’s no place for suitcase and struggled with 2 of us (and we are small) in a room for 3.
Dirty overflowing ashtrays around the resort and crockery left on the tables long after guests left at the bar area.
Worst cocktails we had, try Lanta Riviera next door as far superior.
Nice massage staff and the omelette lady and lady in reception very friendly.
Breakfast poor, jam constantly covered with flies, terrible bread.
Pool area quite dismal although view to beach was lovely.
Nice to have filtered water station but would appreciate at restaurant / beach area rather than just at reception.

Perfect place on Koh Lanta
Staff were always smiling and helpful
Everything was in hand, beach, pool, gym, restaurant, massage and no TV
Cabins were comfortable
