Woman at reception is amazing. Love her

The room was very spacious, bathroom was also nice. All very clean, location 10/10. We had a slight issue with the air con unit as overnight it was leaking heavy amounts of water- woke up in the morning to our clothes being soaking.
The staff were incredible though, that’s why this still gets 5 star. They was all in the room helping us sort it out, they got a technician out to fix the problem and then everything was sorted!
It is only a 1 star hotel so you get what you pay for, but for me I think it was worth it.
Huge shoutout to the lady at reception, she walked us to the pier to wish us goodbye and safe travels! She would do anything to help us, the most kind amazing woman!
I’d go ahead and book if I was you.

Absolute Empfehlung! Bei Frau Juni und ihre kleinen Team ist man bestens aufgehoben!

Ivory Phi Phi Island is a small, simple and very clean hotel in an excellent location – already a great reason to stay here.
But what truly makes it special is Miss June at the reception. She is the heart of the house: always helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly kind.
Thanks to her perfect tips and warm attitude, my stay became exceptional.
Absolutely recommended!

Perfect! Centrally located and June, the receptionist, was very sweet and recommended the best places to eat on the island.

very small room and bathroom, no window. Staff very friendly, clean and close to everything. It was ok for 1 night.

Clean room, best trip

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. It is located very close to the port and the main beach, but not right in the party center, which made it a much quieter area where we could truly relax and rest.
Mrs. Chun was extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. Her recommendations were excellent and turned out to be the best choices for us.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
