Friendly and convenient

The hotel is of good standard and is very clean throughout. The staff is friendly and accommodating to your needs. Close to restaurants , beach and 7-Eleven is across the road. Breakfast is average but adequate.The parking is limited and so you better get in early.

Quiet stay

Parking was limited.
Bathroom had no partition, it all wet when you took a shower.
I would recommend more towel rail or hook rack.
Breakfast time was short. 7-9am.
Wifi - I can't use it. So slow, maybe there's lot of guests.
In my room, the shelf was dusty.
Check-in and Check-out was easy peasy.
A/C was very exceeded my expectation.
Spacious room.
Local market and 24 hours convenient store is opposite the hotel.
Next to the Hotel is Pharmacy.
The sea was not nice at all but spacious beach - quiet area to stay but Chao Lao beach is much better the sea is better with narrow sand area.

Nice friendly clean hotel

Nice clean modern hotel, we had a big themed room that had pictures of helicopters on the walls which my son thought was great with a balcony, nice friendly helpful staff, nice enjoyable breakfast, quick WIFI located, 100mts from the main beach all in all a nice enjoyable stay

Different but reasonable

A modern hotel which was opened earier this year and has a decent postition within a hundred meters of the beach and other sights within Leam Sing. The rooms are rather large being about 9 meters by 5 but very sparse, having only the bed, fridge, TV clothes rack and bin there is no other furniture or storage areas, nothing on the large balcony either. The resturant or rather cafeteria which reminded me of being at school with chatter echoing throughout was disappointing, buffet style and obviously only marketed for Thai people was sadly lacking and had no one who understood English. The hotel is clean and good wi-fi service however I would look elsewhere for my nest visit.
