Great Value Hotel with Delicious Breakfast and Warm Hospitality

I have stayed multiple times at Grand Bella Hotel and it continues to impress me with its excellent central location, just a short walk from the beach and major attractions. The hotel offers great value for money with comfortable rooms and good amenities. A standout feature is the breakfast buffet, which thoughtfully includes both Indian and international options, catering well to diverse tastes ([oyster.com][1]). The staff are courteous and professional, and I would especially like to appreciate Ms. May at the front desk for her exceptional customer focus, warmth, and dedication. Her service truly enhances the overall guest experience. Highly recommended!

Very disliked.

The worst hotel we've ever been to. Crowds of Hindus who shout day and night, Russians who sing songs and listen to music until 4 a.m. It's like the holidays came to a lake or a river where everyone listens to songs in cars, drinks, yells. And the hotel completely doesn't care about it. + night butterflies stand outside the hotel every day. If you don't want to sleep at night, listen to yelling, screaming, music at 3:00 a.m., then you're welcome here.

We left good impressions of the hotel, breakfasts are delicious, full, there is something to choose for the child, in the room clean, cleaned every day, towels and bed linen snow white, one family on departure was fined 450 baht for leaving dirty towels, location in the center, get conveniently to any point, most likely to return, because the price-quality is justified, to the negative I will add strange color central pool, but we did not venture into it, the upper pool was used, good

Good hotel -

I had a nice stay at Grand Bella. The room was spacious and tidy and it was quiet. No trouble from other guests. The pool on the roof was nice and the pool downstairs also looked nice, although it was temporarily closed. The staff was friendly and the service was good.

Poor work by the tour operator!

A representative of the tour operator advised this Hotel, the day before, reading the reviews, caught a review about the green pool, in which it is impossible to swim. Checked with the operator what the answer was, it's fine. It's a lot of money for us, it's been a long time saving for the trip! The kids are here to celebrate their son, 6 years old! It's horrible! The kids wanted a pool, and it's green! It's impossible to swim! Problem not solved! Vacation ruined!
