Cheap room

We have 2 rooms for 1 night as a stop in between for our road trip.
Friendly staffs and put on their best effort to communicate with us although we don't speak Thai but thanks to Google translate.
Spacious room. Cleanliness in the property need to be further improve.
I like their simple breakfast.
It worth the price.

Touring a small part of Thailand

We booked into the Palm Hills Resort for 1 night, staying in a standard double room. We got there to find the bathroom was not clean, the room smelt musty. We advised the staff, they then took us to another room, once again it was not clean. Finally they offered us a family room, as this was the only clean room they had. Then they asked us to pay the extra for this room. We headed to our car, as we had no intention of paying extra. We did not argue with them, just explained we had no intention of staying in a dirty room. They finally agreed no extra charge on the family room. The sad thing about this we had planned to stay another night if all was ok.

Dissatisfied

Came to this place in March 2017 and it was good this time in September we came back and the receptionist had left from our last visit and we were then greeted by the owners who were rude and couldn't understand English
Luckily our driver we had was good with English and could translate for us so we could get the room we organised over Facebook
Wouldn't recommend coming to this place unless you have already booked and paid for the place

Small, basic property in good location

This seems to be a place for a 1 night stop over especially with big tour groups or possible Thai team building. For us we needed a half way point between Khao Lak and Krabi (there really are not many options) so it worked fine. The pool is tiny and set amongst peoples' rooms so it's not for relaxing at all (no space for sun beds!). The staff were very brief - didn't even show us to the rooms. The overall resort is tiny so basically don't expect much. My bathroom door would not close properly so it was easy for mosquitos to get in plus the toilet didn't flush properly and there were insect droppings on the floor. However it was a nice big room and the bed was huge plus the surrounding backdrop is beautiful. The photos certainly make this place seem bigger and better but go with low expectations and you will have a nice stay.

Nice place

Went here for one night, with son and daughter, we had a pleasant stay.
Rooms are very cosy.
Even rooms are made for two, the owner makes an extra bed for my daughter, on the bay window, it was really nice.
1800THB (8€) breakfast included.
Breakfast very simple but good.
