U thong Hotel feels like home

U Thong Hotel is a wonderful, peaceful retreat that feels just like a quiet condo with zero disruptive noise. The rooms feature big, wonderfully soft beds that are ideal for relaxing and unwinding after spending long hours behind the wheel. Stepping outside, the hallways are spacious, exceptionally clean, and wonderfully quiet. The property also offers great peace of mind for safety, featuring both elevators for everyday convenience and accessible stairways that provide a reliable escape route in case of a fire or power outage.

Good value, but slow Wifi during peak hours.

Good value stay in Phitsanulok. The room was clean and the AC cooled well. The bathroom has no separate section for shower, so you will have water all over the floor afterwards. The breakfast buffet was good with two choices available. Both of them Thai dishes. The Wifi was good during the morning and around noon. But when the guests start to arrive in the afternoon, it will get slower. Also, if you don't like hard bed (which is common in Thailand), then maybe you should look elsewhere.

Nice hotel

The hotel room was a little outdated but Nice. One downside was a really hard matress. English speaking staff and ok breakfast. Outside there was multiple choices of streetfood and restaurants nearby. Close to otteri wash and dry and 7-eleven.

Great budget hotel

Stayed here for one night during a motorcycle tour of Thailand. Central location with the night market practically at its doorstep. I booked the hotel via a third party app with prepayment made prior to check in. Upon arrival, staff was courteous and helpful. However, they charged me for my stay although I told them of the prepayment. I called the third party app to request a refund. A few minutes later, the manager came to my room with a credit card machine to process the refund. She was extremely apologetic and I thought this was a great service. The mattress was a little hard but the room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Surprising!

My boyfriend and I stopped off in Phitsanulok, between Chiang Mai and Bangkok. We weren’t really sure what to do here and didn’t feel like finding anything to do, anyway. We were pleasantly surprised to find a huge night market full of food, our favorite, and shopping, too! Not sure what to do during the day as all we did was walk around aimlessly for a few hours, but our street was poppin’ at night!
Back to the hotel - - It was nice enough, especially for the price. It had a TV and A/C unit, which was so nice because it was so hot!! The beds were comfy and reception was nice. I just think the location was perfect for us because of the lovely market out front.
