Would stay here again
Paid £149.00 for 6 nights. Lovely clean room, big comfy bed, fridge, pick your own code safe. Friendly staff. Lady even let me check into my room an hour earlier. Great location...so many restaurants, supermarkets,shops nearby. Would stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised.
Satisfied.4floor view of the hill.cleaned daily.tip left food simple and delicious.no money is charged for escorting guests.left open the safe,three days later returned everything in place.on the rooftop pool.near the hotel everything needed.no claims.

Add is really HELL!
This hotel fully lives up to its name - Hell is the place. To be fair, I'll give you the upside:
1) 2 good lifts
2) clean rooftop pool
3) the air conditioner works
4) mountain view (asked for chocolate)
5) comfortable bed, good linen and good towels
6) daily replenishment of shampoo, gel and water
7) hot water always
8) Location: close market, Big C, Bangla Road, to the beach for 10 minutes, run across 3 roads. Anyway, the hotel is right in the middle of the coven, if anyone likes it.
Cons that negate everything:
1) angry, disgruntled staff. The chefs were running after my son and counting how much he ate.
2) Disgusting breakfasts. Scarce, tacky. Nasty tea and coffee, more like sewage in sight and smell. Cucumbers with chemo taste. Fried egg - one piece in hand))) would already be given away in portions and not shamed, calling IT a buffet. Only the fruit was good.
3) no tea and coffee in the room, although stated
4) Disgusting cleaning. Wiping the floors of the room and making the bed. That's it. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned in 10 days, the plumbing and the floor were in terrible condition.
5) noise! In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, a street scene where very, very loud songs were sung, although cheerful, but very late. Closing windows and hiding under a pillow didn't help.
6) Unreal stink in the room. Maybe it was me who was unlucky. Smells like a sewer, a black mold bath. The ventilation and prolonged release of the water had a short-term and weak effect.
7) the hotel has no grounds, no at all, the entrance to it through some backyard massage parlour
8) and again: very unkind staff. Thailand is called the land of smiles for nothing!
I chose the hotel on the principle of proximity to the beach without waves Three trunks and at a very, very low price right on the day of departure (82 tr for two). Only under these conditions can you try to live in this hell. If you need basic comfort and friendly service, definitely look for another hotel.

Hotel NO PROBLEM
Three stars this hotel deserves unequivocally.
The downside is scarce, I'll start with them:
Breakfast is frankly Spartan, noodles and rice are enough for everyone. Enough hot toast and jam. They won't drink the juices yet and there will still be cucumbers. But eggs and meat after 8:00 a.m. will have to wait, to tell the cooks they're out. They will, but not immediately. First, they'll paint a thoughtful face.
-The hotel building and reception are located inside the block and the driver from the dive center was saigaking down the street for 10 minutes, screaming that I was gone. You have to go outside and catch a car on the street, even if you've been told to wait at the reception.
- street air conditioning unit is located inconvenient, drying on outgoing air jets wet linen inconvenient. (How else? It's an old tourist life hack for the tropics). Grab the ropes for hanging wet laundry. There are no standard dryers.
That's it.
Pros just mean normal work:
-No bail is taken.
-two elevators working properly
-Internet is normal
-electronic keys work, the duct cools the air, the refrigerator freezes, the kettle warms, the water is changed every day by 2 bottles of 0.5L. TV two Russian channels. Two tea pairs, an ashtray.
-cleaned daily, but the floor is not great. Towels are changed (or simply laid out nicely if clean ;-)
There's hot water in the shower. Hot not from the roof tank, but from the heater. Muscles can be heated to relax after a busy day. Shampoos, two mini-pieces of soap will be replaced in time. Put toilet paper (why is it in Ty?).
-nothing wobbly, no chipping on furniture.
-there are tight curtains and tulle
There's nothing under the balcony. There's something quacking and chirping. A couple of times, some heron landed.
You could recommend not spending dollars. Money changers and all tour agencies accept SBP payments. So you can pay, you'll even get Wi-Fi. The maximum time to wait for confirmation of payment was 2-3 minutes, something dumb then OZONE Bank of the recipient.
