Great location with excellent beds and amenities. We loved the breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful

A fun property, unique fixtures around the building.
Bit of a distance to the beach, but lots of restaurants and activities around the property.

Hotel for those who come for a walk, not to sit in a hotel

The hotel is old, the rooms are small, breakfasts are scarce, there is no festive territory, but ooh choosing 3* much and do not expect. We were basically satisfied, the service was polite, cleaning every day. Loved the location of the hotel, near Banzan market, shopping mall, not far from Bangla Road. The city beach Patong did not go (we went to cleaner beaches), so the 3rd line was not at all embarrassing.

⚠️ Hotel review – warning for tourists ⚠️

As a travel agent, I have a duty to share honest information. Unfortunately, this hotel is blacklisted by our company due to numerous complaints from tourists.
❌ The main problems encountered by guests:
• Staff are unwelcome and not interested in helping
• The standard answer to most questions is: “I don’t know” or “It’s our custom”
• Total lack of customer orientation
• When checking in 3 adults per room provide one bed for all
• Extra bed not available even on request
❗️ This is a gross violation of international standards of accommodation and basic guest comfort.
As a professional travel agent, I do not recommend booking this hotel if you appreciate the service, respectful treatment and decent accommodation.

Ac worked amazing
Very kind staff
Comfortable bedding
And close to city but not too close that the noise becomes too excessive
Comes with bottled water which is nice
