Amazing.
A few minutes walk from the beach, and just down the road from many bars and shops, but off the street enough that there was no noise at any point.
After a week of staying here, we did not want to leave. Could not fault anything, it was perfect.

Five star prices for an old villa in the 90’s
This is totally overpriced. At USD 376 per night we were totally conned and frankly it would have been basic in the 1980’s at £75 per night. It was worn out and very old fashioned . Ok breakfast but genuinely mediocre at best . The decor reminded me of an old guest house . It was clean but v basic. Not a place to invite friends as it would be an embarrassment . The pool side is dangerous with broken wood terrace ( see photos ) and the last picture is as you enter the soi . Location is really poor and very messy as it’s away from beach and shops are a walk along a rubbishy old street . Honest review I can assure you .

Home away from home for family of 14
The villa provides us with array of choices for our breakfast. I believe it is in our package when we book the villa. Kids really love the pancakes and us adults love their croissant. They are very punctual when serving us with their daily breakfast as well as when we require their transportation they were also very punctual.
7 eleven and eateries joint (non halal) is just walking distance from the hotel. You can also hitch hike cab/tuk tuk just outside of the main road. However there will be a short walk to the main road where you have to bypass houses that have 3 to 4 dogs unleashed. For someone who is afraid of dogs with children this is rather inconvenient. It is also quite dark to walk at night but we still opt to walk as we need to get food. The villa management perhaps can look into this and make the walk to the main road more visible and convenient for the patrons of villa. Another note perhaps to change the signboard of the hotel to the present management so that it is easier to tell the cab in spite of us showing the description paper provided by Aoy.
The villa in short should consider to make the entrance more inviting and even place a signboard outside the main road for the patrons. Other than that it is our home away from home for our family in this quaint villa.

Great villa
Great location just outside the main hustle and bustle of Karon a short trip from Patong and easy access to all the trips anyone would like to take .
The villa its self was stunning very clean spacious full of all the utilities you would need ,the fridge was stocked daily free of charge with water and juices.
The staff at these villas were very welcoming and friendly could not do enough to help . There is a chef who prepares breakfast in your villa daily from a full fry up to pancakes and fresh fruit. We were also treated to a lovely BBQ by the staff which was the best meal I had in Karon . Overall amazing villa fantastic staff definitely value for money !
