Horrible.

Hotel too noisy, no double glazing any soundproof the hotel aged badly and it is very poorly maintained.
Booking and the innkeeper plays a lying role, they post on booking rooms of more than 40m2 but really they do not have them, and when I asked for a solution the receptionist told me clearly there is nothing we can do for you.
BOOKING did nothing at all also they left me without solutions.
staff can English speaking and not at all helpful to avoid.
There is no point in responding to my comment here when I was in your hotel you didn’t even ask me if everything was going well when you knew I was having a problem.

Ok staying

This hotel has many rules and if you break them you need to pay.
When we arrived our room was messy and towels was dirty.. we go to the lobby and they apologized us. Cleaning change the sheets and towels to fresh ones.
We spend almost week in here with my partner. We had room with view in the mountains / garden. The room was nice and big. Balcony was straight above someone’s backyard. In that backyard was much chickens and they make loud noises around a clock. Also the chickens owner eat them some evenings and chickens make terrible sounds when they got killed. There was also some bar / market near that has party’s every night and music plays loud. Luckily we had earbuds. Walls in this hotel are thin and we heard what our neighbor rooms was talking.
Air conditioning is great! And balcony is big.
The cleaning brings every day new towels and water etc. one day the cleaning lady stole our things.. maybe they think that was trash? We don’t get mad because we put the things wrong place.
Hotel is walking distance from beach and night clubs. It also has 7 eleven downstairs.
You can also order grab here.
There is pool at the rooftop, you can almost see the ocean ower there.

Very noisy room on the street, the room is old and not so clean and had mosquitos. The Thai female clerks were polite and friendly but Indian male clerks (owner?) were very rude and had no sense of courtesy or service or even hard to understand what they were saying with too heavy South Asian accent. Shops nearby are all rip-off priced including the restaurant of the hotel. Very Indian style hotel.

Paid for a delux room, got one with a dirty bath It wasn't like the room that I paid for in the TRIP.COM WEBSITE.. Very noisy without gpod wifi.
Staff aren't that helpful.
