Wonderful Stay

The owners Mr Chai and Mdm Pen are both very nice people. I left my glasses behind and they sent it back home for me! Cosy, clean and quiet place just a short walk behind the main street. Nice garden settings. Yes, 3 cute dogs too. Will stay here again when back.

Amazingly helpful host

Pennapa Chalet is a nice little budget place with a pretty shaded swimming pool tucked away behind Soi Taiad (Fitness Street) in Chalong. The st,andard rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location is ideal for visiting the gyms and training centres. Not much else to do in the area apart from Chalong Temple which is worth a visit. The really outstanding thing for me at Pennapa Chalet though, was the helpfulness of the host Chai. Due to a mixup I left without paying for the room and was back in Phuket Town before Chai contacted me. Instead of making a fuss he made the hour round trip to meet me at my next place and brushed away my apologies. Absolutely outstanding genuine service - thank you Chai!

Visit by my Son

My Son was visiting me for a week, I found this hotel on Bookings.com, the hotel is a budget hotel with a small swimming pool. The rooms are small but are spotlessly clean and have all amenities AirCon cost included, Shower, WC, Safe and TV. The Hotel is set in a very quite peaceful location
The proprietors are really lovely, my Son insists on stay there again on next visit
It is a budget hotel just off of Soi Ta-ied the street is full of Gyms, Health Food Cafes and a great authentic Italian Pizzeria ands Turkish Restaurant called Kata Turk plus others.

Nice place

Nice and comfy place to stay. Daily cleaned by the helpers. Owners were very nice and friendly. Helped to communicate with my taxi driver.
Location: quite close to restaurants and all the fitness gyms however renting a bike or get a taxi should be considered if going back at night. Tend to be a bit creepy for some.

Хорошее место для спокойного отдыха

Отель расположен далеко от пляжей (минут 30-40 на машине до Каты Ной и Най Харна), но в очень спокойном районе, вблизи есть магазинчики и кафе. Территория самого отеля очень приятная, ухоженная, есть лавочки-качели, небольшой бассейн и даже прудик с рыбками. Хозяин проживает здесь же, так что можно обратиться по любому вопросу. В домиках есть wifi, но скорость плохая, есть холодильник, кондиционер, тв. Уборка каждый день, но не понравилось очень старое и дырявое постельное белье, причем по расположению дырок было понятно, что постель не меняли, а просто переворачивали другой стороной. На территории есть кухня с микроволновкой, стиральная машина (всего 30 бат за стирку). В целом место понравилось, соотношение цена-качество идеальное.
