The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient and perfect for exploring Phuket. Everything felt peaceful and well-organized — definitely a great place to stay for both relaxation and travel.

Absolutely do NOT stay here.

We stayed here for one night and it was an absolutely awful experience. There is no elevator, and the staff refused to help us carry our luggage upstairs, even though we had a pram, a sick baby, and heavy bags. The room reeked of toilet and mold, the windows faced a building full of barking dogs, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the air conditioning made a weird noise all night.
To make matters worse, since Zoe was sick, we had to delay our checkout. Instead of offering help, the staff rudely came to our door three times, insisting we leave, and even slapped us with a late checkout fee — for less than two hours! The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and the breakfast was shocking. We left immediately and didn’t want to stay another second. Paying $70 a night for this nightmare was a complete rip-off.
Absolutely do NOT stay here.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, with friendly staff and a convenient location. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a solid choice for a relaxing trip, and we would definitely stay again.
