Very clean and beautiful hotel, very enjoyable pools with great views of the ocean. Also close to lots of food areas such as restaurants, grocery stores, and a bakery. Would stay here again!

Scam. Don’t go here. It’s a 2 star not a 5 star.

Please don’t make the same mistake we did. Do not stay here! It’s a complete scam—a 2-star hotel falsely claiming to be a 5-star resort. It looks nothing like the pictures and is incredibly run-down. We have stayed at several 4- and 5-star hotels in Phuket, and this place falls drastically short of any acceptable standard. It feels like the property might have been great once, but has been completely neglected since.
The restaurant and breakfast area looked so unhygienic that we didn't even dare to eat there. Our room was dirty everywhere you looked, and even the bed covers appeared unclean. The whole place smelled like sewage, and they charged ridiculous hidden fees for basic things like an alarm clock or extra towels—things a real 5-star hotel would never charge for.
The resort was practically deserted with barely any staff in sight, which made the whole place feel eerie and uncomfortable. Even though we had already paid for the first night, we refused to sleep there due to the horrible conditions. We packed up and left for another hotel 30 minutes away that actually lives up to the standard it promises.
We did not take that many pictures. But the one that i have is a picture of the breakfast area. This speaks for itself.

The room was clean for the most part, the shower needed scrubbing better as you could still see some mold/ mildew in the cracks. The beds were comfortable and the pool was lovely. The staff were helpful and courteous l.

The room was decent, toiletries and towels, & other supplies are sufficient, the only fall back is the bed, it’s super hard for the back, kinda like sleeping on bricks. The staff are really nice though, location wise it’s far from everything, there’s no bus stop or train, you have to take a grab or taxi every time you go out and back to the hotel. There’s no restaurants or eateries nearby, it looks like there’s one but you have to cross a very busy road that doesn’t have a cross walk. Otherwise order from grab food for delivery,

The stay was just okay. Breakfast is very limited and it's a set menu with less quantity. I would not opt for their breakfast as there are many restaurants nearby within walking distance. The pool and nearby beach is lovely. Staff was very kind although they do not replenish room amenities unless asked for
