Passage must!

Long stay of more than one month.
Extremely low price for this 4* spring.
For the night to see.....
From the villa with private pool, to the apartment with garden. 3 swimming pools on a huge seafront plot whose location is the best in Rayong.
2 km from the pier to go to Ko Samet. Rental of scotter and bicycle on site. Tour desk.
This is the third year we've been to the Spring Chain. Quite a few French have bought some villas in the resort.

Skygg unna, stay away! Thailand, Mueang Rayong

Hvis du vil bo på et sted med mange russiske turister..
Hvor du må vite på forhånd hva du lurer på,
så du kan spørre om det du ikke får noe informasjon når du kommer.
Som ikke tar betalingskort, og skal ha alt i forhåndsbetaling,
og som ikke lar deg sette regning på rommet,
som kan tilby en taxi til nærmeste ATM og som tar godt betalt for det.
Hvis du vi ha et internett som hakker og hoster, som du aldri vet når det fungerer.
En komfyr med to plater hvor bare en virker,
den andre bruker 20 minutter på å bli så varm så du kan koke egg.
En tv som gir deg 1 engelstalende kanal, som fungerer innimellom..
Som ikke har kaldt vann i springen, enten varmt eller mellom,
Som lar russerbarna overta swimmingpoolen så at andre gjester trekker seg tilbake,
hvor det lukter kloakk både på badet og kjøkkenet, -
Da er dette stedet for deg!!!

If you want to stay in a place with many Russian tourists…
Where you need to know in advance what you’re wondering about,
so you can ask, as you won’t get any information when you arrive.
That doesn’t accept payment cards and requires full prepayment,
and won’t let you charge anything to your room.
That can offer you a taxi to the nearest ATM and charges handsomely for it.
If you want internet that stutters and lags, so you never know when it works.
A stove with two burners, where only one works,
and the other takes 20 minutes to get hot enough to boil an egg.
A TV that gives you one English-speaking channel that works occasionally…
That has no cold water in the tap—either hot or lukewarm.
That lets Russian kids take over the swimming pool so other guests retreat.
Where it smells like sewage both in the bathroom and the kitchen—
Then this is the place for you!!!

Worst Ever

We're at the VIP chain resort right now, it's the worst thing I've been through. We got there and got a price, after a few minutes they changed the price to double and we instead had to pay it. We are young and we feel that those who don’t know how things work are taking advantage of us. When we enter the house we have rented, there are cockroaches in the bedroom, disgusting bed sheets, lights flickering, the fridge does not work and the absolute worst is that there are used condoms in the bathroom (!!!!). We go to reception and ask for help, their answer is that “cleaning is not really included, but that they can please send some who clean without us having to pay.” We ask for a refund so we can get out of here but get a no in response. We get to talk to the owner who is incredibly unpleasant and does not want to help us in any way. Don't go here!!

Worst on all aspect!!!

Worst Villa to stay.
I have booked 3 villas for 20 people and have added 1 more villa for additional 8 people. The reception is very unwelcoming. They totally make you feel that they only want your money. NO service mind at all. The Management is the worst. The do not allow visitors at all!!! and the management treat their staff like slaves.. reason for the bad service!!

Nice but.....

Having stayed here in the past was looking forward to it. Went to view prior to booking. Traveling with Thai family. At reception got the price, had a look and went back to book for 2 nights They realized that a farang was with the group and the price increased. C'est la vive.
Booked it anyway. 4 bedroom villa with a pool. Nice and clean rooms, but the villa showing it's age. All went well until the second day when the pump for the pool stopped working. Advised by staff that the owner did not want to fix it. Tough, dirty pool. Not far from the beach, which was nice but the stall holder's collected the rubbish, placed it into bags, then overnight the dogs distributed it all over the beach. Sigh!!!
