Not worth repeating.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately a great disappointment. From check-in it was already difficult due to various problems, which made us feel not really welcome. The atmosphere in the hotel was also very chilly and unsociable.
At the rooms there is a sign on the door indicating whether your room can be cleaned. We have been gone all day and have absolutely not turned this sign over. When we returned, our room was not cleaned, because the cleaning lady had indicated that we had put up the "do not disturb" sign. That was simply not true. When we reported this to the reception, the employee reacted angrily and we felt that we were not being taken seriously.
In addition, breakfast was a big setback for us. The food is in containers that contained several small animals. We found that completely unhygienic. As a result, we did not use breakfast during our entire stay, despite this being included.
We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Appalling

Disgusting,extremely dirty sun lounge’s filthy,the photographs that are up are not how the hotel actually is now,the food is appalling,someone had vomited on the stairs as-we go to our room,it was still there a month later,not even washed down,around the pool was dirty in the pool was greasy scum around the edge of pool,didn’t see the pool getting cleaned at any time,old half eaten chips still on plates for days around the pool,never ever would I recommend the filthy place to anyone,

Cancellation on fields did not want to cancel because there is not a hospital close enough. See the negative comments you will understand. Disgusting beach. Cockroaches...Avoid this

We've stayed here many times, but this was the worst experience.

On February 5, my partner and I stayed at the hotel with a reservation that had been made in advance. The standard check-in time is 3:00 PM; however, on that day we arrived at approximately 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, the staff was unable to locate our reservation and asked us to wait for about 30 minutes.
My partner had requested in advance to have the bed decorated as a surprise for an early Valentine’s celebration. The room was booked at a rate of nearly 5,000 THB. However, when we entered the room, there were no decorations at all, and the room was not properly prepared.
My partner then called the Reception ,but was met with an impolite and unfriendly tone. There was no apology, and the staff member simply stated that they could come and arrange it at that moment. The call was abruptly ended before my partner could finish speaking. This caused my partner significant emotional distress, as this surprise was very important to them and we had paid a relatively high price for the room.
After that, I called Reception myself and explained that we had stayed at this hotel many times before and understood that mistakes can happen. However, what was unacceptable was the staff member’s attitude and manner of communication. The staff member asked, “Do you want a complimentary?” and told that the bed decoration was a free service. This was not the main issue, as we had already made the request in advance.
The staff member then asked whether I would like to speak with a manager, and I agreed. The same staff member later came to prepare the room together with housekeeping. During this interaction, there was still no apology, and the staff member appeared visibly displeased. My partner and I decided to wait at the hotel’s beach area to avoid putting pressure on the housekeeping staff while they completed the room setup.
We waited for the manager to contact us until approximately 6:00 PM, but no one reached out. We would like to thank the two beach bar staff members who were attentive, helpful, and apologized on behalf of the hotel, even though they were not responsible for the issue. They kindly escorted us to the Reception to follow up once again. However, we were informed that no one had notified the manager, and the manager had already left for the day.
Eventually, we returned to our room. From the time we checked in until then, we had not been able to properly rest at all. This resulted in a significant loss of time and caused considerable disappointment.
Although we have stayed at this hotel many times before, this was by far the worst experience we have ever had, particularly in terms of service, communication, and problem resolution. Most importantly, throughout the remainder of our stay until check-out, no manager or responsible person came to speak with us or take accountability for what had happened.
We hope the hotel will take this matter seriously and conduct a proper review of the incident, particularly regarding staff service standards and guest experience.
As returning guests who have always trusted your hotel, we were deeply disappointed by this experience. We would appreciate a formal response and appropriate service recovery.

The socking state of accommodation at Deva hotel and spar in Koh sam ui

The accommodation was shocking no headboard electric sockets on the wall in the middle of the bed toilet in a cupboard and dirty ensuite could use the sink from the bedroom safe was portable no outside space worst room in 40 years of traveling no management on site to deal with issues waited 2 days and still no response personnel date leaked to scamers along with other guests hotel not interested summary buy be wear
