Unbeatable value for money, perfect for a short stopover

Unbeatable value for money, we slept in this hotel between the plane from Chiang Mai to Surat Thani and the ferry to koh samui. The hotel is located in an area where there is not much to do. Welcoming, very clean hotel, decent breakfast.

A very bad stay in a dirty hotel.

A very bad stay in a dirty hotel. We had 3 rooms on the ground floor. In response to the question about what we liked, our answer is simple: nothing. The departure. The entire accommodation is incredibly dirty and in dire need of maintenance. The rooms overlooking a blank wall are dirty, and the beds are both hard and dirty. This place is truly an experience we haven't often had in our 35 years in Thailand. The pool is contaminated with hair, leaves, and bandages, and there are 4 broken chairs next to it that are too dirty to touch. The staff is unfriendly and doesn't lift a finger. Breakfast is really awful. Everything was cold, including the fried egg that had been sitting there for a long time and was ice cold. There was only coffee available, along with some bread and jam. It's a real disgrace. Parking spaces are tight and dangerous; if you're not careful, you'll get stuck. Location right in the busy centre. The towels in the room were more yellow than white and threadbare, the equipment in the gym was completely rusted and unsafe to use, we bought three air fresheners, but the smell of insecticide couldn't be removed from the rooms. Never again!

Well placed

The hotel is very well placed, close to the few activities to do on surat thani.
The rooms are very good.
The welcome is nice and offers advice.
Decent breakfast, small but spotless pool...little room for lounging and nice rooftop

Nice place if you are passing through!

Nice quiet hotel if you spend a night in Surat Thani. Not so far from the bus station. Great room, bathroom also great, nice people. There is a swimming pool, the breakfast buffet is basic, but they will bake a delicious egg for you. There are a few restaurants in the area, so recommended if you are passing through.

Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße Chonkasem aber ein bisschen versteckt und außerhalb des City-Zentrums.
Über das Personal habe ich eine geteilte Meinung. Ein Teil wie z.B die Frühstücksservicekraft war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sehr höflich. Der Rest des Personals scheint vergessen zu haben, dass Thailand das Land des Lächelns heißt. Man bekam das Gefühl nur lästig zu sein.
Wir waren insgesamt sieben Nächte da. Das waren 5 Nächte zu viel!
Zum Frühstück konnte man bei der Netten Dame aus der Küche Omelettes, Spiegeleier oder Rühreier mit Würstchen bestellen. Es gab Toast, Margarine, Marmelade und sehr guten Kaffee dazu.
Das Zimmer war extrem klein und die Betten äußerst hart!!
Der Pool garnicht so groß aber für eine Erfrischung ausreichend.
Man konnte Zimmer mit Pool -oder Gartenblick wählen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Mauerblick mit Platanen davor.Das Hotel hat definitiv keinen Garten!!
Zum ersten Mal in meinem Reiseleben wurde von einem Hotel für ein zusätzlich gewünschtes Kissen Geld verlangt.
