We have stayed here a number of times as it is a good value and located well in Ubon. Will continue to use this hotel in the future.

The hotel is in a quiet street far from trouble.
Within 100 Bath you rich "every" point in Ubon.
Restaurants and Big C shopping mall you will reach soon. Maybe 500m.
We booked a Suite because that is for my understanding a very high room level.
The presentation on the Internet was far from reality.
A noGo was the sofa in the room. It was broken and waste only. A hole in the wall wasn't suite likely. We havn't really space there.
If you have heavy luggage there is no elevator.
If you wake up later some food was cold. I asked for heating the sausage's. The soup was good.
There is a lot of space up... Maybe another room has a new sofa. For my understanding a Suite is much more, but the room rate is also not like a Suite....
This is a medium standard house. Okay but not more.

Was really surprised how nice the hotel was, considering the price, location is great, right next to a lake with running track .
The only downside was the bed, old mattress and bed sheets, need replacing.
