Disappointed!!
2nd time we come to this hotel that we found very well last year but we are disappointed this year... the hotel is dirtier, less well maintained (for example, it’s been 2 days that around our deckchairs the ashtrays are full, so the butts fly and there are everywhere... I reported it at the reception but no one came! The bathrooms of the pool are dirty, there is no electricity in the corridor of our rooms...). The animation team is the bare minimum: the activities are assured but without enthusiasm and without energy... in short, much worse than it was!! The big highlight remains the beautiful beach, but other hotels have the same so next time we change!!

Very nice hotel comfortable room 3rd time I come staff always so welcoming pleasant helpful the animation team plays a very important role on past and future stays I recommend ++++and I would return with great pleasure

Great holiday I would recommend this hotel
Great hotel with a reception at the top of the arrival at departure the catering was very good plus I will advise the restaurant the Tunisian, regarding the bars and bar staff really top and smiling on Khalid who is tjrs to the small care of people by the pool
Now the animation a very smiling and very professional team with shows that mix dance and some humor which is really important on vacation because we come for good humor.
As for the animators small crush for Hamza who will make you do morning walks from the hotel as well as Steeve who is really excellent as well as Maycem who is the only woman on the team as well as youba who is very smiling and kind.

Excellent trip ( CHIPS family)
I had the best holiday ever!
Beautiful hotel: water park very well and watch, swimming pool a little cold but when you are there it passes, indoor swimming pool noisy when bcp people but it is normal
All the aquatic space is clean
All the staff are nice, helpful, smiling, polite.
The rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, the maid is just at the top: every day she made us decorations with towels.
The restaurant is quite good: it is varied: every day new dishes are offered, except desserts where we are always offered the same thing not fruit bcp...
The beach is very nice and quite clean.
The seaside is nice with all the hotels ..
There are camels and horses waiting for you for rides.
People are respectful.
The excursions offered are not bad: we made the pirate ship (the paradise beach during this excursion does not exist!!! Very dirty beach.
Otherwise lunch and pirates make you have a nice time.
The very positive point: all Fram animators without exception.
Thanks to them we had a great week we don't know boring.
Dart, pétanque, archery, water aerobics, fitness, lunch dance, aperitif games, quizzes...
Evenings at the disco are very good we had fun (karaoke, election of miss hotel, Tunisian evening...)
They are great, smiling, kind, gracious they do a remarkable job.
They all moved yesterday to say goodbye .. we were very sad to leave them (we even cried )
100% recommend this hotel
We'll be back without any problems.
