As soon as the bride and groom arrived, the owner showed unacceptable behaviour: she even hit the bonnet of the car to stop the driver, when no one had asked for his intervention. This already set the tone for an intrusive and inappropriate presence.
Throughout the evening, she continued to circulate between guests on the pretext of "watching her flowers" (decoration). At one point, she even sat down at our table to tell personal anecdotes about past clients... by naming their names! An extremely intrusive and totally inappropriate attitude.
And to conclude this evening, when we left, the owner had a real crisis: she yelled at us and started slapping herself in front of us.
In short, instead of a warm and professional setting, we had a disturbing and very uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.

Worst place I've stayed in.
- No safety deposit boxes in rooms.
- no Hot water! even after complaining. Radiator not working too. we were there in December. So imagine how we spent 2 nights without getting the CHANCE to take a shower im an ice cold stinky room.
- No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) it was also smelling terribly all the time.
- Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept.
- Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere, the lobby and the kitchen too were not properly cleaned. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. The first day we saw two forgotten dusty carpets under the bed. The second day the forgot the cleaning brooms under the bed !!
- Bed sheets were DIRTY and filled with dust, when we asked them we could have them changed we got a cleaner but much thinner ones
- the TV was not working and even after asking if they can fix it, they ignored us.
- the breakfast was more than basic and "mediocre". Don't expect it to be a typical Tunisian or traditional breakfast!
- unclean water bottles were refilled with bad tasting tap water
I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. After staying in hunders of hotela worldwide and tens of them in Tunisia, I have honestly never been anywhere and seen such a terrible hotel/guesthouse for a such Price. I paid more than 180 EUR for 2 nights and got 0 service, 0 cleanliness, 0 friendliness and 0 professionalism.
If you are not majorly botherd by the cleanliness of your room and want a relatively expensive place to waste your time and money , all this is the place for you. However if you are more the experienced trabeler, who cares about cleanliness, wants to get a fresh shower and enjoy the Greta Tunisian hospitality DO NOT STAY, for the same price or less you will find tens of better accomodations nearby!!
