special experience

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, everything was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Special thanks to Dali ( chocolat) and Imad for their kindness, professionalism, and great hospitality. They made our stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate all the effort from the staff and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Fantastic

Really a pleasure to stay at Zenon hotel, I made friends with lots of staff and enjoyed my days at the beach, the beach was fantastic and had food and drinks available.

A very nice experience

A very nice experience with a warm service, well organized , and above all a great signing for the entertainers Dali (chocolate) , Imed ,marwen and their chef (fouad) without forgetting the receptionist Maissa ❤️

Even with Tunisian 3 stars, you can expect more.
Day of arrival: Long black hair on the floor, fridge broken, 2 completely dirty towels (mascara and sauce stains) The towels were neatly hung and the cleaning lady probably thought they were unused and therefore left them hanging. 2x times I had to call the plumber because there was always water leaking at the toilet and it smelled strongly of urine!
The Obergau was when an employee of the “Activity Desk” in the hotel verbally insulted me!! He suggested I was advertising the camel ride providers on the beach! He got very aggressive and called me bad names! I then had to turn to the reception and find such a tourist mob impossible!!!
The only great thing about the hotel was the large pool, the good food and a few friendly staff, I would like to mention here the animator Diego, who was one of the few fluent English speakers and had given me helpful tips regarding taxis and nighlife.
