Beautiful

Magic!!! We had a great stay thanks to the very professional staff, I thank Nessrine and Fatma for their beautiful smiles their kindness and responsiveness, the hotel is beautiful, for traditional lovers you will be delightedj I would also recommend the restaurant tozeriana right next to the establishment.
Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

Disappointed with the dining facility

We were en-route to Douz and we stayed at Ksar Jerid Hotel for one night. It took a bit of time for the check in but it was quite smooth.
The room is reasonably size and it is reasonably clean.
The only suggestion that I would make with this hotel is their dining facility. We stayed in the hotel for the buffet dinner. The prescribed dinning time for us was 6pm, upon arrival the whole dinning room was full and people were queuing for food. It took us a long time to queue up and their selection of food is shockingly poor. Some of the guests were piling up the food on their dishes which left nothing for the people queueing at the back.
I would recommend any travelers who is planning to stay in this hotel to seek out external options.
If the hotel management is reading this review, it would probably be better if you arrange two sessions of dinner buffet for relieving the queues and frustration of the customers.
The WiFi only works at the lobby. Please use your own data or SIM card for internet access.
