Lovely hotel with perfect surroundings

Stayed in room 307 from 14th february till 24th february and very pleased with my stay. Balcony with views of mountains with chairs and table for sitting in the sun,large comftable bed with tv and fridge and good size bathroom.breakfast was fresh and tasty and staff were lovely,outside was cafes,restraunts and shops/supermarkets and a medical dispensary so everything could possibly need.will definately return

Nice hotel tip boutique ,very kind and helpful reception staff,Aziz frendly .Special thanks for Gonul the housekeeping lady ,kind and professional.
Tasty and healthy breakfast .
The barhroom ventilation didn't seem to work.
We will definitely be back.

Good room, nice people, and very friendly staff. The stay was comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were always helpful. Overall a pleasant experience.

Pre Christmas break

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a great location, friendly reception staff who are all very helpful, The hotel is spotless 10 out of 10 to the wonderful lady who services the rooms she is just lovely, great continental style breakfast prepared by another lovely lady, tea coffee & biscuits available all day, we will see you again

The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the sea and the nicer restaurants—not too far, but not exactly close either.
One of the main issues during our stay was the staff. I expected a basic level of English communication, but that was often lacking. Additionally, the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the experience less comfortable.
Breakfast was decent and probably one of the better parts of the stay.
However, the biggest problem was the cleanliness. When we arrived, the room was clearly not cleaned properly—there was visible dust everywhere, the floor hadn’t been mopped, and the balcony was dirty. We stayed for 8 days, and the room was cleaned only once, and even then, it was far from thorough. The same dust and dirt remained.
What was most concerning, though, was the hygiene practices. I saw a housekeeper remove bathroom trash from a neighboring room and then, without washing her hands, handle clean towels and place them in our room. At breakfast, leftover food from guests' plates was returned to the buffet multiple times, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.
Overall, while the location and breakfast were okay, the lack of cleanliness and poor hygiene standards were major disappointments. I would not return or recommend this hotel based on this experience.
