Beautiful hotel and amazing staff.
Myself and my boy stayed here for a week in April. The hotel is spotlessly clean, right on the beach, lovely pool and just a great place to be.
The staff are all amazing from the cleaners to restaurant and bar staff. I'd highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The room I received did not match the condition shown in the photos before I made the booking. It had visible black spots and stains on the walls and furniture, making me uncomfortable staying there.
I promptly reported the issues and provided photographic evidence. I chose to check out, however, the hotel management declined to issue any refund, despite the concerns being raised immediately after check-in.

Perfect location just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Antalya and would happily recommend it to families looking for a great place to stay. We would definitely return!

Great relaxing trip
Great location. Very clean. Not sure about the lighting choice but that might be my prior Amsterdam experiences
Cleaning team and Omer the Barman were super friendly and helpful. Not a lot of English speakers but enjoyed the trip

Hotel Su was amazing, we stayed for 2.5 weeks. The facilities and location is amazing with access included to aqualand, and reserved sunbeds on the beach. It's a great location with easy access and pick ups for many tours sulueda, duden waterfall, old town. The kids loved the pools, jacuzzi and buffet breakfast and dinners. Cannot recommend this hotel enough
