Wonderful family holiday
Ive had a fabulous holiday here. The staff are amazing and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is delicious.
I was very worried reading the reviews. I tried to cancel the hotel with love holidays, but the cheapest upgrade in the area was over 5k more. So we decided to stick with it, and im so glad we did.
Food is lovely. A wide selection of turkish cuisine. I have a fussy eater who always managed to find something to eat.
We have 5 children and found the pool amazing to keep an eye on all of them. Pool side bar and a snack area were great.
Beach was lovely. Facilities to have a shower and changing rooms.
Very family orientated, kids playing football together in the evenings. Other turkish families here are friendly. Had such a wonderful week away.

Do not book this disgraceful hotel.
Booked a club room and ended up in an economy room. We were put in a room in b block but I had to be moved. Struggle with stairs. Moved to c block. No kettle in room, no safe, no water in fridge, no mini bar, as advertised. We have been here 9 nights. Pool hasn't been cleaned. Dirty and disgusting. No toilets at both pools. No day time entertainment as advertised. Darts, arobics, morning gym and nothing for children. Sand painting and t-shirt painting advertised. Doesn't happen. One small toilet for each in main building only. 1 men 1 women. Bistro club as advertised serving food and drink. Shut. Food is the same nearly everyday. Swilling in oil. Giving drinks in restaurant in small cups out of warm bottles. No ice. Absolutely wrong in this heat. Tables are dirty as is cutlery. I've had to take plates back because still got soiled food on. Night entertainment in 9 days has been russian karaoke twice and a foam party. They play music from 10am till midnight which is shocking. Rap music and rave music all day long. It's that loud the floor is shaking. I've tried to speak to DJ to try and get different music on. Holiday music. Not interested. 5 bars advertised. No they're isn't, there's 2. Pool bar which shuts at 18.00 and bar in main building. The queues for drinks is crazy. The bar staff are great but running out of drinks, they are getting shouted at. Not there fault. The managers/owners just aren't interested. The television in the room has not one english channel. Every channel is Turkish. The television in the bar doesn't work. The television in the reception area doesn't work. Or there never switched on. Can't watch no sports. No rep all week came to see us or contacted us. No help from love holidays. Thanks love holidays for that. ☹️ Photos show things that aren't even there.

AVOID unless you have very low expectations
I will try keep this short and sweet although maybe difficult due to the amount of issues - AVOID booking this hotel unless you have very low expectations of what your hotel is going to offer.
- Getting warm milk for my baby was almost impossible until my wife broke down in tears!
- Food quality was poor, under cooked in some cases and little variation.
- 3 days in a row we had no water for a minimum of 30-60mins each day.
- Drink selection was pathetic and regularly would run out.
- Air con in the room only (no adjustment however as remote was broken) - hallways, reception, bar and restaurant were very hot.
- Very dirty and cleaning standard very poor - food and plates in the hallways for several hours before being picked up
- Coffee machines always broken or out of certain drinks
- flys swarming around the restaurant at all times
- nothing to do in the local area, everything requires a taxi
- poor general up keep of the hotel

Perfect holiday!! A pleasant surprise
I am writing this review to share my wonderful experience at the Hotella Hotel and Spa, especially because I want to reassure other families who might be feeling worried after reading some of the negative comments. I came here with a large group consisting of 5 adults and 10 children, and we paid around £7,500 for 15 people on an all‑inclusive basis. To be honest, after looking at some of the reviews online, I was preparing myself for the worst and felt quite anxious. However, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived, and we are having an absolutely fantastic time!
The staff here deserve a special mention. They are consistently friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I have noticed that the attitude you receive often reflects the attitude you give, if people are polite and respectful, the staff go out of their way to assist you. Naturally, if guests are rude or difficult, the staff may seem less responsive, which is entirely understandable.
The facilities are brilliant. The pool area is lovely and clean, and the water slides are a huge hit. My grandchildren absolutely love them and spend hours enjoying the fun. It is wonderful to see them so happy and active.
The food is another highlight. It is absolutely brilliant with so much variety to choose from every day. There is truly something to suit every taste, whether you are an adult or a child. We have never struggled to find meals we enjoy.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for a large family group. We have found it to be a comfortable, fun, and welcoming place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. Don’t let the negative reviews put you off . We are living proof that you can have a wonderful stay here!

Holiday from hell!
Where do I begin.
Firstly we arrived late evening they had no WiFi at the resort and unfortunately we didn’t have a eSIM and could not contact anybody we went to reception to ask if we could just on a WiFi or a hotspot to get a eSIM and where asked for money the WiFi didn’t come on for 2 days!
Secondly the food here don’t eat it rat dropping next to defrosting food and rat dropping in our room when we complained they tried to charge up for a better room and would try and intimidating us to make us be quiet
3rd our room door could be pushed open easily while locked the air con didn’t work properly have to wait 2 hr for somone to have a look they then didn’t fix it and left I had to go back to reception we have been told to stop making drama as they will call the police for just asking for solutions the pools and poor but the best things here no entertainment drinks would run out constantly if your English your lucky to get a drink as they would stop serving drinks to the English after 11 while still serving the locals or other visitors the food is poor and we would refuse to eat it love holidays didn’t really help as the supplier for the holiday would just say ask for a room change bus we would be charged for a room change the staff are rude and if you persist at problems get aggressive you might be asked for money to use a lounger by the side off the pool if they want to get more money honesty don’t book this hotel you DO NOT WANT TO STAY HERE it’s a shame love holidays couldn’t move us hotel or ever give compensation if you have booked get a refund and go somewhere els
