Excellent hotel and service
Excellent We have stayed one night. We arrived from the airport at almost 3 in the morning. Excellent service.
The room was new, very clean. The front desk service was unbeatable, they managed our transfer to Alanya.

Better than i expected
We only stayed 2 nights. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Cooling was working perfectly. The breakfast was totally acceptable for the price. Walking distance to Mall of Antalya and close to the airport. The only disappointment was that they allow people to smoke in one corner of the entrance area - which is also a cafe and breakfast area. With the ACs working the smell is being distributed everywhere.

Welcoming & helpful
Our return home from Turkey was delayed as our son was ill so insurers put us in this hotel for two nights after his hospital stay while they arranged another flight home.
It is clean, the rooms are spacious & modern. The staff were all very friendly & could not do enough for us. They helped a lot when we had to return to the airport in the early hours to get our luggage, found us a pharmacy for our sons prescription & arranged the taxi trip.
Good location 10mins from the airport, ideal for a lay over or when going from place to place.
We only stayed the one night as we are about to get our flight home but we are very grateful for all their kindness & hospitality at Isnova Hotel & they have great coffee too!

Isnova Hotel
A hotel we've stayed at a few times. It was still comfortable, but the quality of the breakfast items had really deteriorated. I hope it gets better.

I only needed a room for a few hours so the price was right, but the room and sheets smelled of smoke and it was a bit run down. Not too far from the airport though.
