If you'll have an issue they will make it difficult
However,
We had an unfortunate stay the first two days (outage when we arrived, and issues with electricity the first night; then a party the second night making it impossible to sleep, and I'm a person that can sleep on airplanes).
We asked to change hotels, because the experience was just bad, but well at least the staff was nice about it and told us we can check out the next morning and get the rest of our stay refunded. I was gonna give them 3 stars but then...
Luckily we asked for a signed statement from what they promised us because In the morning, literally as we were leaving they said "oh by the way, we'll refund you for 1 night less". They gave no reason, and the person who supposedly made that decision refused to talk to us (great sign). As we complained about this, they also told us
"We don't need you, go find another hotel".
Yikes. We disputed through booking.com. Booking.com said the hotel isn't communicating with them about this either.
Luckily, our second hotel was lovely and we still had a great vacation but this place has greedy and non-customer oriented management.

Good location and friendly staff
Please don’t let the negative feedback put you off.
The hotel is in a great location for a city break . The old town is beautiful and definitely worth visiting which we did a couple of days
Breakfast was lovely and eggs and omelette freshly cooked
The pool area is small but never struggled for a sunbed
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was small but was exceptionally clean .
