Grand Cakiroglu

Very family friendly enviroment with exceptional service and tasty meals. Was visiting cappadocia with my family and stayed a couples days very clean, would recommend too all families. Very clean rooms and friendly staff always at your service.

Hotel ok - staff need training

We were in transit and stayed at the hotel one night. The lady at the reception was as listless and snippy as I have rarely experienced in a hotel. The room was actually ok from the size, unfortunately the carpeting was totally stained, which was disgusting. I have already complained about this at a few hotels on our trip, you can also keep carpets clean if they are already in a hotel room. The room still smelled smoke but with the window open it went. The staff at the restaurant are almost desperate. Nobody spoke English except a young man, even with Google Translate we got on badly. One had the impression “lights were on but no one was at home”. With pantomime experiment I ordered water with a squeezed lemon ... I got water with a 1/4 slice of lemon. We ordered the salad as a starter and we thought the 3 waitress understood thanks to Google because they nodded. What came was the salad and a minute later the food. All in itself not bad, but annoying when you pretend to have understood it. For one night the hotel was ok though. We slept well in the beds anyway.

The hotel was convenient, good location, 900 m to the bus station, staff was helpful solving any problems. Only one drawback was that it was quite loudly bc of a close location to a traffic road

Great all round hotel

Very clean and nice hotel. Really comfortable rooms. Definitely recommend to anyone considering staying here. Price is affordable and staffs are really help full. Food was nice and service was top tip.close tomtown center and bus station.

Best Hotel in Aksaray

Was delighted with my stay here, very modern design accompanied with great staff, very professional and friendly making my experience great. Would recommend to everyone if you have a visit nearby this place !!!! Lovely breakfast tooo !!!!
