Excellent service

As someone who has stayed at many all-inclusive hotels in Alanya, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service at this hotel. We stayed for over a week with our family, and everything was great. The rooms were cleaned daily, the food was fresh and tasty, and the drinks were good. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, respectful, and always happy to help. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

Not good.

We booked a trip to Turkey for ten days and made the mistake of booking this hotel. We thought it was an affordable trip, as all inclusive was included in the price, but the experience was no big deal. The range of food was poor, with only two-three hot dishes with a soup, chicken and any stew for dinner. There was often rice and some pasta that tasted like cardboard. The breakfast consisted of dry bread, boiled eggs that were brown underneath, watermelon and lettuce; nothing you were very satisfied with. We ended up instead going out to eat almost every day and wasting money on it. When we thought all inclusive, we thought that everything should be included, but with it you only get breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as some drinks. You need to pay for ice cream and for drinks.
The room we got was dirty already when we came in. There were stains on bedding, towels and on the wall. There was rust / feces (we are not sure which one) on the toilet roll holder, the toilet was dripping constantly after we flushed and the shower both leaked, could barely adjust the temperature and the shower doors were difficult to close. When the cleaners had been "cleaning" they had only given us new toilet paper, made the beds and folded our towels nicely on the beds. They didn't change the bedding once as the same stains were left every time we came back to the room, even though we told them to. The towels were changed sometime but then we just got dirty towels instead. The curtains didn't really do their job either as you were greeted by the sun first thing in the morning and the room turned completely orange. There was also a gap between the window and the wall which made it sound a lot from the road outside. The corridor outside the room was also very loud. There were people screaming and talking very loudly in the middle of the night on several occasions and we also heard the staff cleaning in the middle of the night. So you hear everything through the door into the room. The air conditioning sometimes had some strange smells and was aimed straight at the bed. So it was hard to sleep with it tempaturally, when it was too cold to sleep with it and way too hot to sleep without it. We were basically given towels as duvets and in the closet there was a thick duvet without duvet covers that smelled like sweat that we were forced to sleep with to avoid getting sick.
The few interactions we had with the staff were brief but okay. They were nice and have nothing bad to say there.
The location is excellent, as you are close to most things. The beach is right below and you can just conveniently walk and pay for sun loungers at the reception and then walk directly down to the beach. Most places are in walking distance, but there is a taxi rank about three minutes from the hotel that can be pleasant to use now in the heat.
In conclusion, our experience is quite poor, mostly of the cleaning and food, but location-wise there is really nothing to complain about and the staff is nice.

Terrible experience!

The room was not available when we arrived in the middle of the night and was offered neither food nor drink. The receptionist finally offered us coffee and thought we could sleep on the sun loungers until he got an answer from his "manager". Thanks to a Danish restaurant owner (Oscars steakhouse) got food, drinks and he called the owner directly so we got the room in five minutes. The hotel tried to trick us into paying extra for a suite even though they said it was compensation.
Told several guests during our stay that their room did not exist but they could get better for about 2200 kr
The owner had put this in the system and the staff were forced to receive angry and borderline aggressive guests who were pissed off. The cleaning was not good, stains in the bathroom and you went black underfoot. Asked for a trash can but got a roll of soup bags. Toilet paper had to be picked up at reception. Food inedible and just old chicken in mud and cold messes. The cats wouldn't even eat! Several guests who got food poisoning during the week. Never choose this hotel!!!

Super little hotel

Lovely week in Alanya - staying at the Hawaii Suite Beah hotel. Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Food fairly basic but great value for money
Beer, wines, vodka, gin and rekki all inc 10am til 10pm
Really enjoyed and would definitely return

Recommended.

So far, everything was good except for the bed; the mattress was terrible, I woke up with pain every day, you can feel every single spring in it.
