Il personale ha un inglese molto limitato, il che rende difficile la comunicazione durante il soggiorno. Non c'è nemmeno quasi nessun intrattenimento fornito, con la musica a volte suona per circa 10 minuti al giorno prima di fermarsi, lasciando l'hotel sensazione molto tranquilla e priva di atmosfera.
Il cibo è molto semplice con poca o nessuna varietà, diventando ripetitivo e deludente dopo poco tempo. Inoltre, il WiFi non è incluso e deve essere pagato, il che è inaspettato per un hotel di questa presunta classificazione.
Nel complesso, l'hotel non soddisfa le aspettative a 5 stelle in termini di servizio, strutture o esperienza degli ospiti, e non lo consiglierei.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The food was delicious and of excellent quality, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and very relaxing.
A special thank you to the Happy Team for making our stay even more memorable. They welcomed both us and our children with so much kindness and energy. The fun activities and entertainment programs they organized were fantastic and kept everyone smiling throughout our holiday.
