A spotless family business.

Aliye Hanım Hotel & Bistro, where I stayed during my trip to Ayvalık – Cunda, provided a pleasant experience with both its location and the services it offered.
Located on the Cunda coast, the hotel is a wonderful option for those who want to enjoy the island with its spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable accommodations and peaceful atmosphere.
It was truly wonderful to start the day with a rich breakfast filled with fresh, carefully prepared, and delicious products. In the evening, the meal we had in its elegant atmosphere exceeded our expectations in terms of both presentation and taste.
One of the details that pleased us the most was the friendly, sincere, and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us in every way. You are greeted with warm attention that makes you feel at home, not like a guest.
Note: Even if you don't stay overnight, you can stop by Aliye Hanım Hotel & Bistro for dinner and enjoy a delicious evening with the unique view of Cunda Island.
If you ever find yourself in Cunda, I highly recommend adding this to your list. ✨

In a word, a fantastic place, unique mezes, friendly atmosphere.

Aliye Hanım Mansion boasts a unique view, located right in the heart of Cunda Island. This family-run establishment offers incredibly delicious mezes and fish, bringing the essence of Cunda to life. The rooms are modest, spotlessly clean, and cool due to the stone walls and stunning views. We initially planned for one night but ended up staying three, having a wonderful vacation. Many thanks to İsmail Bey, Simten Hanım, and their mother. And Hasan Abi, thank you for everything! This place has become our home for the future.

Disgrace!

We experienced our first problem as soon as we entered the hotel. When we asked if there was valet service or parking, we received a direct answer that there was no, and then we took our luggage and entered the reception to check in. After the procedures were completed, without saying anything like welcome or hello, the lady at the entrance handed me the key and said, "Your room is upstairs." Even though it is written in the rooms, breakfast time etc. not reported. As someone who has spent his life working, not staying in boutique hotels, we were very surprised and loaded our suitcases and went up to the room. We are not generally demanding people, but since the hotel is an old house, it could not be intervened much, the bathroom sink was small and the air conditioner was quite noisy because it was old. The location is beautiful. If you want to swim in the sea, you can enter the beach in 5 minutes. If you want to swim, it would be better to pay a little more and stay in hotels on the beach. The money for sunbeds etc. comes to the same account anyway. Breakfast was nice, but a cat trying to get into the hotel during breakfast was put in a sack, its mouth was closed and it was taken to a distant place by motorcycle, which disturbed us and a few customers. In response, it was said that the cat was constantly trying to enter the kitchen. We are not against removing the cat from the kitchen, but it could have been removed in another way. When checking out after 2 days, we were told that the accommodation tax was not included in the price we paid and that we had to pay it. Even though I made the reservation on the channel I made the reservation with, all taxes included. I don't understand how 100 lira is a tax on a nightly payment of around 3,500 lira. Anyway, when I contacted the reservation channel, they refunded this extra payment. 100 or 200 lira is not important, but there is no need to replace it. Not including the tax completely would disgust the customer, and that's what happened. Considering the mentality that those who are gone will never come again, and that they are starting to be left behind in tourism, it is very annoying to encounter them in such a decent living space. We stayed in 4 different hotels during our 5-day holiday. We traveled from city to city and only stayed in this hotel for 2 days and we completely regretted it. I definitely do not recommend it.

vacation with friends

this place is the best boutique hotel with its location, food, rooms and hospitality.
Delicious breakfast, we also ended up not going to dinner in the center but chose to eat with this hotel two nights in a row because their olived oil vegetables all local style and local fish was very fresh and the seafood was delicious. if you are going to Cunda İsland do not waste your time looking around restaurants ,stop by here you wont regret. Even stay with this hotel. lovely,nice quite place to stay in the middle of the island.
