lack of hygiene and careless business

Our experience with Assos Ace Hotel was really bad. We went to stay 3 nights. We could barely spend the first night and depart the next day. Our room was on the first floor and used the hallway on the floor as a storage. It was pretty irregular and messy. The interior of the room is a disaster track. Spider networks and bugs, dust, dirt accumulated at the edges of the park, the room's carelessness and bread breaks and stains on the objects... Even the chateau was in a spider web. We alerted the staff concerned when we saw these issues, but they were not very attentive, so let me take a look at the room. We left the hotel hoping the room would be cleaned and returned hours later. Only the spider and breadcrumbs on the ceiling were taken. Besides, everything was the same. For breakfast, plates and plates were a lot of tracks. It's the first time I've stayed in a lot of places for vacations that I've seen such unpretentiousness. We contacted the hotels and requested a refund of the days left, and it’s good we didn’t stop there. But after that, planning a stay again and working hard ruined our vacation. This property failed our vacation schedule. And they didn’t even look at us the next day when we said we were going out. They could offer such a room for their stay, and their convenience was truly amazing. I never do Recommendations.

Close to historical harbor, friendly staff. You need time in the morning before you get your excellent breakfast.

Absolutely stunning location overlooking the harbour of Assos! The proprietor instructed us where to park and invited us to his restaurant directly on the water. His restaurant is the only one on it's own dock, covered and heated. The food was delicious! The village is quaint and we had a nice stroll afterwards complete with a stunning sunset. There are many restaurants in the Village and a tiny convenience store. The only thing lacking in the room was a little table and chair, but I improvised with an end table and the goreous wood and stone window sill!
