This hotel turned our vacation with my wife and daughter into wonderful memories. You can get to your meal on time, walk and walk to the endless beach, and unlike hotels, everything is at your fingertips. When we returned, we didn't say we went on vacation and were exhausted. I would also like to thank the friendly and hospitable team.

Service quality satisfaction

The hotel's location, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were truly wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were particularly pleased with the hotel's attention to security. The security team was extremely attentive, helpful, and professional. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, and frankly, we were very pleased with the overall quality of service. It's a hotel we would love to return to, I definitely recommend it.

3-star hotel paid for as 5-star

We booked a room with a view; on the website, we clicked on room with a view. I am far from being a novice when it comes to booking by any means.
However, the site sold us a room without a view.
So we end up for a few days in a room we didn't want and didn't choose. Even if the price paid does indeed seem to be for a room without a view: 400 euros a night. Still, for a 4-star hotel without an elevator and with a beach separated by the road, it is very poor value for money even in high season.
So I rate the price 1/5.
But the service and the staff are 5/5!
Normal, we are in Turkey.

Enjoyable Stay

We had a pleasant stay.
Lokman was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making sure our luggage was handled with care and that we felt comfortable from the very beginning.
His warm attitude and willingness to assist really stood out and made our arrival and departure so much easier.
